  As an adult, it's on the boring side. The tunnel that is advertised is a lot shorter in real life. Not worth the price you pay. Very clean & the sea animals are very interesting.

  Came for the animal crossing event. I think the AC was out as the space was super warm and uncomfortable. The animal crossing merch was completely sold down and it had just started for this location, was kind bummed. Overall a fun experience but was a rough day without ac in the space.

  It was a cute experience especially since they had the Animal crossing event, had really looked forward to it. It was also my daughter and I first time visiting since we are from out of town, I wanted her to see new things of course but it was really hot in there 🥵 As if their AC wasnt working and they needed to have fans on almost every corner sadly :( super grateful I always pack a mini fan for baby girl, shes 10 months so it was more of a sensory thing but poor baby was melting and getting fussy cause she was overheating so id have to stop in front of the fans for a moment to cool her off. I wished to have not felt the need to make it out quickly, and it was a little pricey considering it was extremely hot for the experience. Maybe later I could bring her in the future but. It was a little sad to leave with baby sweating, i kind of just zoomed around till we found a fresh spot for her to stand/sit infront of where there was a fan not so far from that spot

  I brought my daughter for her 17th birthday and was genuinely surprised by how well the aquarium is put together, especially for being inside a mall. It’s clearly designed for younger visitors, but there’s plenty of engaging information for anyone who enjoys learning about marine animals. The staff was kind, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable, offering great explanations about the species in the main tank. Before reaching the main exhibit, there are several fun stops and great photo opportunities, making the whole visit feel complete and memorable.

  I went today on a solo date and it was super cute. Of course, it was a lot of kids in there and they were very loud,l in such an enclosed space, but that’s expected in this environment. They open at 11, I got there around 1120 and they were very crowded but it wasn’t a wait time to get in and was able to purchase tickets on the spot. They have a cute “scavenger hunt” of characters, a lot of different types of exhibits. I really enjoyed it. My only critique I would say is the lady at the end at the touching pond came off slightly rude. I wasn’t going to cut the line I was just washing my hands because there was a sign that said to do so. But when I went to do it, she said in the microphone “if you wanna experience the touching pond you need to get in line.” I didn’t know she was talking to me, but I assumed cause I was right in front of her so I turned around and apologized. But her tone came off poorly, and could’ve at least addressed me first “ma’am” or “excuse me” to get my attention. I seen her do the same kind of thing to a large family, repeating herself 3x because she wasn’t actually addressing them so they didn’t know she was talking to them.
