Not what I was expecting. We paid $30 for probably 6-7 tanks! The place had no a/c and it took us around 20 minutes to do the whole thing. I just think is too overpriced.

Sea life was great for small children. I was expecting a big aquarium I was relying in not pictures.l online overall it was a great experience. A little pricey considering it is inside a mall area and parking is a must in the parking garage.

My friends went in to get some gifts when they first opened and we were greeted by the friendliest person. They informed me about World Sea Turtle Day coming up on June 16th. I shared that sea turtles are my favorite animal. He said we have to meet Guacamole, their resident sea turtle and took us to quickly meet her. It was the sweetest experience and hearing about her journey to recovery and finding her personal quirks there. I had to buy a pair of earnings and name them Guacamole!

👀 🗣️ Yesterday, June 9, I visited the park as a member of it and, in general, I had an excellent experience with my wife and son. We really enjoyed the dolphinarium, the orca show and the water park. Most of the employees were friendly and attentive. However, I had a very disappointing experience with an employee who worked in the food area next to the orca show. I kindly asked him if he spoke Spanish and he said no. Then I consulted another employee who worked with him, who did speak English but politely told me that he did speak Spanish. I felt ignored and undervalued as a client, since he seemed to have no intention of helping me or attending to me in my language, even his co-worker telling me that he did speak Spanish, I don't remember his name but this happened after finishing the orca show at 2:00 pm. I don't think I should receive that treatment from a place where I pay membership to visit with my family, I clarify it was only that person I understand that no one is required to speak a specific language, but I consider it important to treat all visitors with respect and willingness to help. This was the only negative part of a visit that, otherwise, was very pleasant. I hope that the administration reviews this type of situation so that all visitors feel well taken care of.
