  We’ve been broadway ticket holders for a decade plus and always received fantastic service . Tonight Angie went above and beyond. So much that I want to take a minute to recognize her service (28 years on the job) and to this day, sweet disposition with the ultimate goal of making her customers happy. Kiddos to Angie and she is the reason why we continue to come back!

  Great show! We had an amazing time. Next time, I'd definitely plan to arrive at least an hour before showtime to allow plenty of time for parking & the long line to get inside. There are several restaurants nearby, so it's the perfect opportunity to enjoy an early dinner or grab a cocktail before the show. Overall, it was a really good experience!😉

  Loved the theater. It has the gravure of the older theaters and a charm that is like no other. It's in the middle of the city with some wonderful restaurants around it. The seats are a bit too cozy for me. Not fun if your a bit large. You might be rubbing sholders with your neighbor, so be nice to your fellow attendees. Enjoy the shows. Lots of great performances.

  Lines wrapped around the building, everyone was forced to turn off phones and place them in a lock bag. Not good if one has an emergency while at the theater which people were arguing and escalated to the point one person was escorted out!!! Says to add photos but I can't because our phones were locked up.

  The entry process seemed a little slow and unorganized through security. It was the first show, and we were waiting to enter as the line wrapped around the building. The venue was okay, besides the ushers allowing rude individuals to continuously interrupt the performance, even after being asked by the performer to remove them. This wasn't my first time at the Majestic, and I'm sure it won't be my last.
