  poorly maintained. No employees on the floor redirecting: Camaras in the air blocking views, Children jumping in chairs/screaming, having beer spilt upon us. Event was "Rock by Candlelight" and pushed as almost an Opera venue- Presented as a Mosh pit.

  I understand the nostalgia and beauty of the theatre, but the prices here are kinda on the high side. Austin and Houston have the same tours that come here at venues that are cheaper and have better food and drink options. I'm finding it less appealing to come here over the Aztec or even Frost bank.

  I saw Chicago at the Majestic and it was a wonderful experience. The venue is in the middle of downtown San Antonio and easily accessible. The lines to get inside were quick and efficient. The staff were friendly and I loved that merch and concessions were sold right inside the theatre. And the venue is stunning. I would definitely go back.

  Parking in College Street Garage $10 A water, a soda and 1 snack box (pretzels sm snack bag serving, m&ms (1/4 bag) and 10 gummie worms) $40 + $7 tip. I think soon they will need to take Klarna to pay in 4 easy payments at the snack stand. I think a the $25 could be maybe be 2 Hillshire Geno Salami and White cheese snack packs at $2.99 each would be an elevated experience instead of the $1.00 bag of pretzels and splitting bags of m&m's and gummie works. Well there is some know before you go. The shows are always great. But the venue could do with some work in the experience part.

  I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the accessibility accommodations at this venue during a concert we attended the winter of 2025. We specifically purchased wheelchair-accessible seating for my husband and a standard seat for me; however, upon arrival, it became clear that the designated area in the left orchestra section did not have adequate space to accommodate a wheelchair because the venue was trying to squeeze 3 standard chairs in that space. As a result, my husband was forced to transfer out of his wheelchair and into a standard chair, which was both uncomfortable and inappropriate given his mobility needs. Additionally, a staff member named Luis required us to check in the wheelchair. While he was courteous in assisting with this initially, he informed us that the wheelchair would not be returned until after the venue had cleared. This created a serious issue, as my husband was unable to access the restroom for the duration of the event due to the lack of mobility support. Unfortunately, Luis did not return to check on us at any point during the evening. By the end of the night, my husband had no choice but to attempt to walk up a steep walkway to reach the restroom, despite his condition requiring daily use of a walker and reliance on a wheelchair for events. This situation could have easily resulted in injury and should not have occurred. Following the event, I reached out to the venue to share my concerns and seek a resolution, but I did not receive any response. While the concert itself was enjoyable, the lack of proper ADA-compliant seating and the handling of this situation by staff left us extremely disappointed. We hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed to prevent similar experiences for others in the future. As it stands, we do not plan to return and intend to file formal complaints regarding this issue. First photo is from their website and the second is from the night of the concert.
