  So much fun!!! The seats were so comfortable. Great leg room. Game room so much fun you won't mind an intermission. Go to the movies. You can always Netflix & chill.

  Prices are great and the chicken tenders were really good, but both times I’ve gone the service has been frustrating. The most recent visit started with confusion at the register. I asked about one menu item, but the cashier misheard me and started explaining a snack pack. I ended up interested in it, though. He mentioned it could come with a Coke or an ICEE. I clarified that I wanted it with a Coke. He then asked what size drink I wanted, and I said small. I also ordered chicken tenders. While waiting, I realized I forgot to ask for extra butter, so I went back up. That’s when the cashier realized he had charged me incorrectly. Another employee came over and asked to see my receipt. I was already annoyed at that point but still offered to just pay the difference. Instead, they told me I needed to wait for management. I eventually just said never mind because my movie had already started. The manager handed me my tenders and asked what happened, so I explained the situation, even though I honestly wasn’t planning on bringing it up or discussing it. I’d already had a rough day and this movie outing was supposed to be my little pick-me-up moment. What bothered me most was that the manager didn’t offer any solution for the error. To be clear, I don’t blame the employee who stepped in. He was apologetic and mentioned he was new, and I’m confident he would’ve tried to help if he had been trained or empowered to handle situations like that. That again feels like a management issue. The previous time I visited wasn’t much better. A different manager was yelling at customers from behind the counter instead of actually helping manage the line. I also want to be fair and say the employee handling The Devil Wears Prada merch line was great. To be fair, they did seem to have a decent amount of merch available, which I appreciated. The issue wasn’t inventory. It was organization and management. The distribution of duties didn’t seem equitable, and another employee could have handled grabbing merch for fairness and efficiency while he focused on ringing people up. Even a simple sign explaining the process would’ve helped because people were standing around guessing where the line started, how the merch process worked, and whether they were in the right place. One line would’ve been fine if management had also helped organize customers because people were actively cutting in line inside the building after entry had already started. Also, some of the restroom stalls were gross and one of the doors didn’t properly close. That said, a lot of that honestly seemed more like a customer issue than an employee one. People need to stop being nasty and flush the toilet. Employees should not have to babysit grown adults over basic restroom etiquette. At this point, I want to assume this is a bigger operational issue and that management itself may not be receiving the tools, staffing, or training needed to succeed. Do better, Cinemark. Provide your teams with the support, systems, and training they need because the frontline employees are clearly trying. Edit: I’ve actually been here 3 times. When I came to watch Michael the movie randomly stopped playing. While not optimal, the employees recovered quickly.

  This is my number one to go movie theater, I always enjoy coming here with my kids and friends. I never have a bad experience, I have been coming to this theater for many years and I love the upgrade the seats they are so comfortable! 10-10 ❤️👏🏼
