  Tuesday are reduced price. Thw theater is clean and the food is fresh and proper warmed.

  Huge improvements since my last visit. It's completely renovated. The theater is clean, seats are clean and glide smoothly into preferred position. The bathroom was clean. (It was Wednesday afternoon) The staff was approachable and handled their business without the generational attitude that is often observed in retail businesses. The wide screen and state of the art sound system was awesome. The colors were brilliant.(Minions & Monsters). The Coca-Cola Icee has got to be the best in town. The large popcorn was fresh and packed in the container. Our request for extra butter oil was fulfilled like a pro handled it! At today's inflationary costs, $50 was a fair price to pay for admission, popcorn, and icee for a party of three. A theater much closer to my home would be 25 percent more.

  The smell inside this theater was absolutely awful. As soon as we walked in, there was a very strong, unpleasant odor, and it was so bad that it genuinely made me feel nauseous and like I was going to throw up. It made it extremely difficult to enjoy the movie. A movie theater should not smell this bad, especially considering what customers are paying for tickets and concessions. The cleanliness and whatever is causing that odor seriously need to be addressed. Unfortunately, this experience would make me think twice about coming back to this location.

  I have lived in San Antonio most of my life, so I remember when this was the $1 movie. It may not have had the best reputation of being clean, but that is no longer the case. This is my new movie spot. Not only is it clean, the staff is lovely, the seats recline, and they can heat up if you would like, there is more space between rows, and Tuesday offers lower price tickets. I cannot recommend Cinemark 16 enough. Do not waste your money at other theaters when this one has so much more to offer, especially than meets the eye.

  ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ We've been coming to this theater for many years because it's one of the few places that regularly shows Bollywood movies. It's become a tradition for our family, and we've even brought our grandchildren over the years because we genuinely enjoy sharing those films together. The theater itself is actually quite nice. The reclining seats are comfortable, it's usually clean, and tickets are very reasonably priced. The popcorn is decent, and the customer service can be excellent depending on who's working that day. Unfortunately, the audience experience during many Bollywood showings has become so frustrating that I've started questioning whether it's worth coming anymore. Time after time, people talk throughout the movie, scroll on their phones with bright screens, let children run around the aisles, and leave an unbelievable mess behind. I've even had people take their shoes off and put their feet into my personal space. It's distracting, inconsiderate, and completely takes away from the experience. When you're spending money on tickets, snacks, and making an afternoon of it with your family, you expect to be able to enjoy the movie without constant interruptions. I understand that every audience has a few inconsiderate people, but this has become a recurring issue during the Bollywood movies we attend. I've spoken to staff before, and while someone may come in once, the disruptions usually start right back up a few minutes later. My suggestion to management is simple: have an employee periodically walk through the auditorium during Bollywood screenings, remind guests to silence their phones (ya in person! a message on screen is not enough), stay seated, supervise their children, and be respectful of everyone around them. A visible staff presence would go a long way toward improving the experience for those of us who simply want to enjoy the film. This theater has so much going for it. I just hope management addresses the audience behavior, because I'd much rather keep coming here than stop attending the Bollywood movies we've enjoyed for so many years.
