Staff was friendly. Pricing on food items was about the same as all movie theaters. The sets were not reclining but rocking chairs. But not bad. They do have some of the popcorn buckets here so you don't have to buy on line. That is a plus. I will come back.

I’ve been to a lot of places and I can understand the frustration and stress of working in an environment similar to a movie theater, but I also know that with having these roles come important responsibilities that you have to uphold at all times like not losing your cool or snapping back at a customer or making them feel dumb for asking a question. I just left earlier today and had a horrible experience with the Assistant manager. I definitely wouldn’t recommend anybody coming here if you’re gonna ask questions or have concerns, I kind of got ganged up on when asking questions cause she started asking everybody else around her for advice instead of handling that herself, and then got a bit upset and snapped at me and told me something in its own that I didn’t quite like and I feel like if it was reversed, the outcome would’ve been very different or severe

Movie theater is expensive! For a popcorn and drink combo is $40. Just sneak snacks in your better off.

Wanted to try a new theatre I haven’t been to yet so I went to Cinemark on their $5 popcorn day (9/6/26). I ordered some mozzarella sticks and when I sat down in the theatre I realized they were all overcooked and completely stuck together. No big deal, mistakes happen and can usually be accommodated, right? Not at this theatre apparently. I first asked one of the employees roaming around if I could have a new order made and he shrugged me off and said “I don’t know. Ask her” while pointing to the lady at the ticket counter. At the ticket counter I showed employee 2 the food and she said “well what do you want? Something else?” I replied “no I just want to know if I can have a new order since these aren’t cooked properly.” She proceeds to tell me that a new order will look just like that and just how they are there. I confirmed with a “so nothing you can do about this?” And she said no. 0/10 felt like I was in the damn Navy again. TLDR: just bring your own food. You’ll likely enjoy the movie more when you don’t have to deal with the bad energy at the counter while buying overpriced, overcooked food.
