- CJCrystal JW6 days ago1.0This place says they have reclining seats online although NOT one theater has them, they are all rocking chairs! Wouldn’t have bought these tickets online if they had been truthful. So angry I paid over $100.00 for the family tickets and snacks. Being tall this place isn’t for my family!! Plus no jacket needed like normal theater this place is 🥵

- MCM CAug 24, 20265.0I took my two kids (3&1) to see their first movie and it was a very good experience. We saw the paw patrol dino movie on a Monday at 11:45 and the theater was empty. The staff at concessions was very helpful and descriptive about prices for the snacks and drinks, and when I asked the staff if it would be possible to lower the volume of the movie because my children are so young and we were the only ones in there they complied. They were extremely professional and helpful and went above and beyond. I would return to this theater for any future movies

We were needing to pay for refills every time and staff was very rude.Santikos is the only place that’s has good customer service and better spacing in theaters!

Again no type of compensation for the bad experience and loss of money for popcorn/drinks and time wasted. Want little leg room ? No reclining seats ? Long concession lines ? How about a 30 minute delay for the movie to start only to have to get a refund because there were technical issues and get no apology , no compensation for your time and money on concession food wasted . Reach out to corporate only to get a “we’re sorry you had a bad experience but oh well .” Spend your hard earned money on a better theater , with better quality service .
