  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to give a huge shoutout to Autumn King, the General Manager, and Gio, the Manager, at San Angelo Tinseltown! Both of them provided exceptional customer service and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Autumn was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive, and you can really see the positive leadership she brings to the theater. Gio was just as wonderful, friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. Great management makes such a difference, and these two are a perfect example of that. Thank you, Autumn and Gio, for making our experience such a positive one. San Angelo Tinseltown is lucky to have you both! ❤️🍿🎬

  Every Sunday we try to get out of the house after a busy week and enjoy a movie. We always mute our phones, get a snack and enjoy the movie we paid for. Today we went to go see Uprising at 4:10pm. The horrible people above our row were so loud not even the movie was loud enough to drown their voices. We left the theater and asked management to refund our tickets. We've never asked for that procedure as we don't like causing an issue. A small child being loud, is different...but three or more GROWN ADULTS, is ridiculous. There was no respect for the rest of us who paid money to watch a good movie, and not listen to their conversations that were immature and trashy. We are thankful to the young lady in charge that refunded our ticket prices and apologized, even attempted to offer to refund our snack and drink. She was very nice.
