This was my first visit to this Cinemark location, and I had a great experience! The surrounding area is beautiful, with a fountain just outside that makes the whole setting feel inviting. Parking can be a little confusing on your first visit, but there are both garage and outdoor parking options. Once inside, I was impressed by how clean and well maintained everything was, from the lobby to the theater and restrooms. The popcorn was extra fresh and delicious. I also ordered a Pizza Hut pepperoni pizza, which was delicious and delivered right to my seat—a nice convenience! The seats were extremely comfortable, something I’ve consistently enjoyed at other Cinemark locations. Cinemark is already my favorite theater chain, and this location gave me another reason to keep coming back. I’ll definitely visit again!

People are friendly and they make everything for you really quick. It is kind of expensive, but not the end of the world. I like that they keep that fake butter syrup stocked for you to put it on yourself because they never put enough on. The movie options are... Not terrible for most people, I can't say i really have had any movie worth watching in a while. Would not say any movies are appropriate for children, but that may just be because they let a lot of things slide in movies now a day

Cinemark Rockwall 14 and XD is one of my son’s and my favorite places to catch a movie. We always have a great time, the theaters are comfortable, and the overall experience is consistently good. The staff is friendly and helpful, everything is usually clean and organized, and it’s become one of our go-to spots for movie nights together. Always a fun time!

Honestly, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at Cinemark. The older lady working there made the whole interaction feel extremely rushed. She was very impatient, rude, and honestly not helpful at all. She had a very nasty tone and repeatedly snapped instructions at me I understand that people can be busy but it was pretty late and There is really no excuse for making customers feel like they’re an inconvenience. Definitely left a bad impression and made the experience way more frustrating than it needed to be.
