- HSHamza Syed2 days ago5.0We came here for our mosque’s Sunday school graduation field trip! The staff are really great and provided great customer service. Sean and Johnathan were really helpful both over the phone and in person. Kelly was great with coordinating our event. The kids had a great time and found the rooms to be challenging but they got through them! Definitely will be coming back.
- CPCharlee PerryMay 11, 20265.0The room Encounter was a challenge. Its rated 10/10 on their level and its definitely a good difficult escape room challenge. My family and I have completed 3/4 rooms that the plano location has to offer. Great place, great experience, great staff.
- ESEthan SedanoMay 10, 20265.0Haresh was an amazing game master! We completed every game here, and honestly there wasn’t a single bad experience. The puzzles were creative, fun, and super well run. The rest of the team and staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly too. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for a great escape room experience!
- ALAnkit LahotiMay 3, 20262.0I will like to give them 2 stars because they had multiple issues with their locks not opening. They do not follow the teams playing inside. Funny we had the codes with us but their locks had issues and never opened. Event the same answer were given in the form of clues and that also took longer times as their locals had issues. But sad part they did not accept their fault. Also they were not following us in the room stating it’s too dark we do not know what’s going on inside. It’s funny that you have the room created and you don’t know what’s going on inside. Clues that were solved were being given again and again wasting time and creating frustration. Overall I would rate it poor because of the overall management and experience
