  Would give 0 stars if it would let me. Came here with a group of 4 to celebrate a birthday. We love our popcorn drinks, snacks and candy. That's over 200 that we spend. Came around 8. IF YOU ARE CELEBRATING A BIRTHDAY OR SPECIAL EVENT DO NOT COME HERE. Do not expect after being treating disrespectfully, that the manager will make it right. I see now the reason why the staff has unprofessional service, the Manager is just as bad. Eye rolling, no solutions just very uncaring. Went and spent the money at Studio Movie grill. What a shame.

  Came to see a movie after my birthday dinner and had the worst customer service experience. I often go to this location. The young lady at the booth rolled her eyes at us and gave us attitude. We were walking up to the booth as she was walking out. She saw us coming and rolled her eyes at us and huffed. She glared at us as we purchased the tickets. I told her that she seemed bothered that we were there. She said no and instantly forced a smile. We asked for a manager and when we spoke to him about the situation he did not seem to know what to do. He asked us to repeat ourselves so we explained again. He basically just asked us what we wanted to do about it. He seemed flustered or maybe uncaring. So we just asked for a refund and went to studio movie grill. Uncomfortable experience and I told him so. And In front of her said I’ll talk to her about it..

  First the theaters view is awesome. I went to watch the movie Michael with my friend and one of the reasons I'll go back there is cause of Olivia she was helpful,kind and had a receptive charisma no fake smiles I would love to see her next time im there if she's not there huh😏

  Kai i want to thank you again for resolving the customer's error on the ticket purchase. Although I understood of not redeeming the food purchases but you came thru and redeemed our movie purchase. Thank you again for working with us and your professionalism will take you a long way. Service with a smile and staying calm with us. You are a great example of a great employee.

  Jose, the assistant manager, provided exceptional customer service. When we presented him with a problem, he resolved it efficiently and ensured we left completely satisfied. He was genuine, professional, and courteous throughout the entire interaction. Jose truly does his job well!
