I remember coming to this theater about 10 years ago when I lived in Dallas, and I had a positive experience back then. It’s great to see that it still maintains the same standard today. The facility is clean, the staff is extremely friendly, and the seats are comfortable.
I came here to see The Colony, and it did not disappoint. The sound and visuals were exactly what I’ve come to expect from Cinemark. Nobody was disruptive, which made for a great movie-going experience. I also appreciated how well-kept the restrooms and concession area were.
The one disappointment was the nachos. I’m not sure if it’s the Rico’s brand, but this is the third Cinemark location where I’ve noticed the chips tasting a bit stale. I’ll probably pass on them in the future. That said, having good nachos can definitely take the overall movie experience up a notch.
Overall, it was another great experience, and I’d definitely come back.

Ordered food online. One of the items didn’t arrive. Waited 10 min after the delivery timeline and then went to ask. They were out of the item and refunded it, but never notified us. There is a major disconnect between online ordering and the physical restaurant. Manager didn’t do anything to help. Just said sorry it’s not our fault and walked away. I feel like something should have been offered or done for the inconvenience. Idk that’s the way managers have handled it in the establishments I’ve worked in.
The say it’s seat side food delivery but it’s hot. You have to order at the bar and they give you a pager. Then you come back to get your food. They give it to you in a paper bag. All packed up like a to go order. The popcorn and concession snacks are self serve. So Pete popped and packed on a shelf for you to pick up. And if they’re not available there’s no one to ask. For instance there was just one pepperoni pizza available. At 2pm. So if you wanted two I guess you’re out of luck.

Probably the worst theater experience of my life. Me and my wife went to see point break in Plano last night for the first time since COVID And what a dump that place has turned into. We purchased a large popcorn and 2 large drinks and for starters, there's 6 soda fountains in that place And they were completely out of ice in every one so we had no ice for our drink. Then, the butter machine was not working for the popcorn and they had no salt packets, utterly ridiculou the prices they're charging. Cleanliness is another issue. There wasn't even anywhere to throw our garbage away because all the garbage cans were overflowing and people were setting stuff on the ground Next to them, I will never visit this corporate headquarters of Cinemark again.

I visited this location on 8/16 to see the new Spider-Man Movie. We visited the concession area before the movie & purchased 2 drinks cups. We want to the drink machines (all 8) and there was no ice at any machine. We ended up filling our cup with Dr Pepper that was completely flat. We notified an employee that there was no ice at any machine & his response was "we are all aware." After spending $60 total on 2 DBOX seats, it is absolutely ridiculous to not be able to get a ice cold fountain drink that is not flat, that we also paid for on top of the $60 movie tickets. Very disappointed in this experience.
