  I called to see if my 1 year old could sit on my lap, she or he confirmed I could do so when I asked them their name (b/c I like to know who I’m speaking w/ & also thank them by name at the end of the call) she told me then hung up. I was going to ask another question but didn’t get the chance & I’ve called back several times to get no answer. Asher is the name. Then Mj answered after the 6th call whom was very nice.

  My husband and I had such a wonderful time at Cinnemark Central in Coit-Plano yesterday! We caught a 4 p.m. showing of Disclosure Day, and it was a delightful surprise from start to finish. The theater experience itself was fantastic—tickets were a great value at just $8.50, the seats were incredibly comfortable, and both the sound and screen quality were exceptional. It’s been a while since we visited back when it was a "$1 movie" theater, and the recent renovations are truly impressive. However, the highlight of our visit was the staff. It is so rare these days to encounter such genuinely friendly, professional service. Every young person we interacted with at the concession stand was smiling, eager to help, and engaged us in actual conversation. It was such a refreshing change of pace! It’s clear that leadership makes all the difference here. While we didn't get to meet the manager, Ms. Laird, her influence was evident in the entire team. We also had the pleasure of meeting the Assistant Manager, Chrystal, who shared that the young man who served us our popcorn—which was seasoned and buttered to absolute perfection—was actually on his first day. We honestly couldn't be more impressed with the service and the overall atmosphere. We will certainly be back soon!

  Best time ever. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Our group was 10 people. Fast and courteous staff answered all questions we had proved quick service and made it a very lovely experience. Would like to come again. The lounge seats were very comfortable heat settings were amazing. Ample leg room. Service with a smile. Family friendly and plenty of parking.

  Their website bugged out and took my money despite my attempting to cancel the transaction numerous times before it processed. Even though their support acknowledged the issue, they refused to give my money back

  Unfortunately, I do not recommend to visit this location. While watching 'Scary Movie 6' the manager came up to us and said "We know it's funny but please keep it low" we asked if he meant our laughing, he said yes. Multiple people in the theater were laughing because of course it's the funniest movie out right now. My spouse went to ask the manager, Daniel, if someone complained about us specifically because there is multiple people laughing in the room. He said no. A couple walked out requesting a refund because people were "too loud" so when he walked in and he heard us, he assumed it was us. He did not receive a description of who the couple was complaining about so why would he only target us. Completely ruined the experience and we will not visit this location again.
