  The staff members were really polite and helpful. The theater, lobby, and restrooms were very clean. Concessions were reasonably priced compared with other cinemas that I have been to recently, but probably because refills are not available.

  We came in specifically selected the seats we wanted out of a very little selection. Then was rudely blocked and sent to box office without explanation of to why i needed a new ticket (movie was starting already, we arrived on time with enough time to get food and get int our movie directly at start time) there was no one in the box office and so we went to the snack cashiers and immediately when we showed them to her she rudely asked “what do you want me to do with this” me and my family didn’t know because we had no explanation and then the lady with colored hair and glasses who was on the larger side (i didn’t get a name) said it was because my 12 year old daughter no longer was eligible for the child ticket witch completely slipped my mind and i didn’t understand the fuss over 2 months. She then was rude and told us we couldn’t have the seats we originally selected and needed to get new ones and again when we asked why she continued with a rude tone shaking her head at us until what i assume was the manager came over to watch when her mood and tone changed COMPLETELY. She was insanely rude throughout with her tone and continuously was rolling her eyes and shaking her head.
