  Está noche mi hijo de solamente 1 año y 3 meses die sacado del cine por el señor Javier moreno, desde el primer momento q entramos y el vio al niño que solamente hablo un poquito que eso no fueron ni 2 minutos nos mando a salir y hasta nos llamo la policia , esto die un acto de razismo porque la Mama del niño es morena, esto due algo bien triste para mi porque estaba con mi esposa y mi niño que es un bebe y a pesar de su corta edad en su carita se veia que se asusto,donde están nuestro derecho en este pais corronpido por el odio y el razismo , personas como este señor lo deberían de despedir

  Soy cliente frecuente del cine y nunca había tenido problemas antes. El supuesto manager JAVIER MORENO fue una persona muy abusiva en su autoridad o supuesto cargo. Hizo fijación hacia mi hijo, niño de un año, ciudadano americano legítimo de este país, el.cual ha visitado el tres ocasiones el cine y su comportamiento es totalmente adecuado. El señor desde que entró a la sala hizo fijación hacia él. Creo que deben revisar sus políticas o personal de trabajo, porque este señor no lo está haciendo bien además de ser uma persona grosera y un poco discriminatoria

  Waited in line for a pizza -- the stand was out, but there is a sign that specifically says you can still order one at the counter. So I did that, only to be told they were sold out of pizza. When I left my movie, miraculously, there were more pizzas. Plenty more. I thought about that pizza the first half of the movie I'm not even gonna lie. I'm so bummed.

  I’ve mixed emotions unfortunately with with everything with it unfortunately been a while. Listen to the theaters and when I asked, what do unfortunately no one really could give me the right answer. There was one person that did but unfortunately, I was going to different multiple people make sure I was you know doing the right thing instead I double paid what I already didn’t have already ready. There was no explanation whatsoever. I don’t want to really communicate with me because I had already already be paid ordered and ready and then I went and was like no go get your food you know and I’m thinking my food would be there unfortunately no one really kind of really told me anything until we got to our seats and then come to find out. Oh wow there is your food already there it was a little downhearted that it was just so much miscommunication and that you know one person saying this and another person is saying this oh no your food is not there. You have to get your food there. It’s a hard thing to really not be directed into a right way when you’re asking my questions, especially if you haven’t been to the theaters ever.

  I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience stuck with me. I went to the pre-release of the Michael Jackson movie, and during the rush in the food court, one employee really stood out. I cant remeber her name well. She had glasses, some face peircing, and her name tag started with “Du.” She was basically handling everything on her own during a very busy rush hour, taking orders, helping customers, and staying calm and polite the entire time. The food was great, she even helped me get two Michael Jackson sparkle cup and even checked for a medium shirt I was looking for, which I really appreciated. At one point, I asked about a manager and noticed he was nearby just talking and standing around instead of helping, even though it was clearly hard for her. When she went to speak with him, his response came off as rude, and you could see her mood shift. What stood out most is that even after that, she didn’t take it out on any customers. She quickly put a smile back on and continued helping everyone like nothing happened, even though you could tell she was trying to stay strong. After the movie ended, I saw her walking out. She seemed in distress like she was crying, which honestly made me feel bad given how hard she had been working all night. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I just wanted to recognize her. She showed real professionalism and kindness under pressure. Unfortunately, the manager’s lack of support really took away from what could have been a great experience.
