  First and foremost: park is 4-5 star. Chloe get 5 stars and more, she's awesome. 1 star: cleanliness. First ones in on Sunday morning and everyone was immediately sticking to the floors. The floors hadn't been mopped. Old food and sticky drink spills on the trash cans near birthday areas at opening. Fronts of trash cans were filthy, didn't want to push them open to throw stuff away. 0 star: operations manager. Staff told me on phone I could bring only cash to pay for balance of a birthday party. Ops manager insisted on interrupting me when I wasn't speaking to him at the counter when i questioned being demanded of a credit card. He was being short and dismissive. After cutting me off more than once I told him I wasn't done speaking and he says "don't threaten me". That little line has one purpose: shift blame and responsibility away from your staff and onto me, the payng customer. All this is taking place in front of my grandson, the birthday boy. That ops manager can hide behind his retail "get out of jail free" line. He can insult me in front of my grandson because i don't want to ruin that 8 year old boy's birthday party. So what can i do? I'll be sure to share this story on every online review platform I can find, as often as they'll allow it, and keep the story fresh out there. That's what I can do now that the party is over. You can take that to the bank.

  Just wanted a soda to drink and the buffet was closed, the vending machines only accepted cash and didn't work. There was a small bar packed with people sitting at the bar not to mention regular people standing up waiting for their order to be taken. I didn't feel like waiting with my child in that packed of environment.

  Rip off! Arrived with a school group, however I paid for my own all day buffet. With 10 schools in tow, it took 30 minutes to get to finally get through the line. They said they were only allowed to have the buffet open 2 hours. With a 30 min wait, how are you supposed to go back through? As much as they made with all these schools, shutting down the buffet early is absolutely ridiculous! Especially when they sell you an ALL day buffet.

  Came out with my sons school field trip and none of the rides or any activities were available although they did say everything was open there was nobody at any of the station other then the slow go karts when asked about the other rides I was told they were open but that you just needed to stand and wait and when someone see you they will go over but all the kids just got tired of waiting and would just leave so they couldn’t do anything unless they caught someone or I had to physically look and ask them to send someone out it’s just crazy to think that you pay $62 a person and can’t even get on any rides.

  Came here to celebrate our son’s birthday (on a Monday) and was disappointed to learn when we got there that the buffet was closed. Apparently it’s only available on the weekends now. (But it was open for a school group 🤔) So if you’re planning a trip here during the week maybe plan on eating before coming. Unless you want to pay extra at the restaurant/bar.
