  Park was fun, had a good time with the family. But I made the mistake of eating at the saloon & eatery, where I was given someone else’s ticket by “accident “. Then my ticket was brought to me, and I was asked to pay for that ticket, and the first ticket I was charged for would be voided and fall off. None of that happened, they lied… they scammed me out of 400 bucks, so be careful. Currently going through the dispute process with my bank.

  I'm so amazed at the Austin skyline,it has amazing views to capture,it's almost transformative in that,it makes you pause to reflect on its incredible ability to create something so spectacular. Can wait to wet time lapse camera. Until then I will keep taking the shot when I see it. ENJOY.

  Pague VIP y no había suficientes empleados para los juegos. Tenías Que esperar a que alguien fuera a atender el juego. Me daba pena estarles diciendo que fueran a atendernos cada rato. Cuando fui à la barra de pizzas no había suficientes. Lo demás estuvo muy bien.

  ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Be prepared for a majority of the rides to be shut down and the employee LONDON was super rude to my kiddos and made them cry. Stay away from this place and from LONDON!

  We've visited the remodeled Austin's a couple of times now, under their new General Manager, Danielle Porter, and have been VERY impressed. The food options are WAY better than they used to be, including their new pizza options that are 10/10. LOVE a pizza oven in-house at a restaurant. Still think the offerings and cost of the entire park is well worth it considering you can really hang out there all day. Recommend the new Margherita pizza!!
