A theater where I had a very rude experience. These 2 people were blocking the entrance to the concessions. I said excuse me. They just stood there and stared at me. When my dad came up and said excuse me, they moved. I got angry. I didn't get get hostile with them. That was extremely frustrating, rude, outrageous, and unacceptable. You can't block a busy entrance at the movie theater like that. Staring at me like I'm an idiot will give people anger. People are just lacking kindness now days. I was being polite. They spoke English too. There was no language barrier.

The only complaint is that the close caption device stopped working mid movie.

They've upgraded alot over the yrs. Just a little annoyed bc I did mobile order to avoid the line but the pick up counter had a sign saying go to the back concession (which used to be full concession but is now only mobile orders) but that was closed to and ultimately ended up having to go stand in the concession line....like the whole point was to avoid the line. I get cutting labor costs and shutting down the other concession stands but come on man....

My mom & I attended today 9/16/2026 to watch Juan Gabriel: Mi Primer Bellas Artes at 6:55 pm. Before, the the Movie/Documentary started they never turned on the lights. I have been to this Cinemark multiples time since growing up & I know 100% that before a movie starts they turned on the lights & at the end of the movie the turn the lights again. Well in this ocassion the light for this movie were not turned on before or after all the peoole who where there we had to used our lights from our phones to get around & watch for our steps. There were a lot of elderly people in that room some of them could of had fallen I am not sure why lights where not turned on at all. I do not want to make it sound or looked like they where being racist all because they showed a latino movie in that theather. I did spoked to a manager that was at the consessions she said they where having "lights problems in some movie theather rooms" well at least an employee should of come & let all of us know about it or they could just simply have got us another room where the "lights" were working properly.
