  Seriously so much fun with our 3 year old! Even in 100+ degrees in DFW summer, this was an amazing was to spend half of a Friday before a late flight. I hear it fills up on weekends but we didn’t wait for any of the rides and many of them were a first for our son. We’re from Orlando so we know roller coasters and genuinely Papa Pig’s coaster is a blast and more than you expect for a kiddie coaster. The splash park was a blast and a great way to cool off as well as a cinema showing episodes of Peppa Pig and the diner. During a weekday, you can knock it all out in 3 hours with splash pad, food and breaks included, put there are a lot of great shaded playgrounds where toddlers can play and burn energy. Discounted rates at $21 for adults and $19 for children is an incredible value for what you get! Definitely recommend for a half day in DFW to tire your kids out!

  I took my 2 year old here and our experience was terrible. My son is Autistic and supposedly this park is “ Autism Certified “ but it doesn’t seem like it. My son wanted to go on the water slides but he doesn’t really know how to go on his own since it was really crowded in that little area. I asked the employee who was sitting at the water slide if i could simply walk my son up to the small water slide since he’s autistic he was a bit overwhelmed and her response to me was “ We don’t care what he has he needs to go on his own , the rules are the rules “. So rude and so unprofessional for staff to work at a “ Autism Certified “ children’s theme park and not be educated on autism. Never coming here again.

  100-106F summer heat it's not recommended to go into this outdoor park along with kid. Not enough shade. Within 1 hr we were completely exhausted. We barely went to 2 rides that too they didn't allow my kid as hes less than 2 year. To the cherry on top we bought a dippin dots full of artificial colors and unusual extreme sweet chocolate milkshake around the corner and it costed about $25 bucks. We left within an hour and before entering we paid parking $12 that's big mistake, looks like we can buy parking while we are exiting. We talked to manager all rides have red hot seats because of sun with peak heat why can't you open park after 5pm in evening and the manager replied it's European based on park and they don't understand Texas 100f heat. Asked for a refund she said we can come back again anytime within a year but they cant help with refund. Also she said she won't be giving any acknowledgement ticket for future use and we can come back again within an year without any issue. But I'm not sure what will happen if I come again.

  Disappointing Splash Pad Experience – Overzealous wannabe lifeguard Ruined the Fun We usually enjoy coming here, but our recent visit to the splash pad area was completely ruined by a staff member who took her "water safety" role to an absurd, aggressive extreme. There is an employee working the splash area who seems to think she is guarding a maximum-security facility rather than a children's attraction. Instead of maintaining a helpful, family-friendly presence, she acted like an authoritarian drill sergeant: Targeting Toddlers: She was actively scolding and yelling at 3- and 4-year-old children so harshly that multiple kids were left in tears, including my nephew. Undermining Parents: She repeatedly stepped directly in front of parents to lecture and reprimand young children, completely bypassing the parents who were right there supervising their own kids. Complete Lack of Empathy: She clearly lacks the temperament for a children's theme park. Her aggressive, intimidating demeanor caused unnecessary distress to toddlers who were just trying to play and cool off. A splash pad should be a place of joy and relaxation for families, not a source of anxiety and tears for small children. Park management urgently needs to review its staff training and remind this employee how to interact with families appropriately. Fix this attitude problem, or parents will start taking their business elsewhere.

  ⭐ 1-Star Review — Peppa Pig Theme Park Dallas–Fort Worth We came here expecting a fun family day, and I genuinely wish we had gone to the water park next door instead. It was 117° outside, and this park is simply not equipped for Texas heat. There is barely any shade, no misters that we could find, and very few places to actually escape the heat. When your entire park is geared toward small children, adequate shade and cooling areas should not be optional. And for what you pay? There are only a handful of rides. We kept looking around thinking, Is this really it? For the admission price, the value just isn’t there. Then there was the condition of the park. Doors and high-touch areas were visibly dirty, the soda machines didn’t have ice, and overall the place felt poorly maintained and understaffed. For a children’s attraction charging premium prices, I expected MUCH better. But the photo situation is what really sent me over the edge. I paid extra with my tickets for the photo/digital content package. At the park, we were given a Memory Pass and told to scan it to access our photos. Great! Except when I scanned it and found our pictures, the website wanted another $17.32 for ONE digital download or $27.06 for the album. So what exactly did I already pay extra for??? I went to ask an employee about it and was met with a rude, dismissive attitude. I then went to Guest Services and spoke with a manager, who explained that the photography is handled by a third-party company and essentially told me there was nothing they could do. I’m sorry, but from a customer’s perspective, I bought the package while purchasing my Peppa Pig Theme Park tickets. Passing responsibility to a third-party vendor doesn’t resolve the fact that I paid for something I reasonably believed included the digital photos, only to be asked to pay again when I tried to access them. That whole experience felt incredibly misleading. Between the extreme heat, lack of shade/cooling, limited number of rides, cleanliness issues, no ice, poor customer service, and the photo-package mess, I cannot recommend spending the money here. Save yourself the frustration and go to the water park next door. At least in Texas heat, you’ll actually be in WATER. 😭🔥 Peppa Pig is adorable. The kids deserve a park experience that matches the price parents are paying.
