    Got there early when they first opened with my autistic grandson. He had a blast. It was a little loud and overwhelming for him but he still loved it. The staff is great along with all the rides. There is plenty to do for all ages. Had a pizza and he had a burger which tasted great. Will be going back again soon.

    Recently hosted my daughter’s 5th birthday here and we were very pleased. The price was decent for a private room and was spacious for my party of 30. The food package was more than enough, we even took food home! Communication while booking was excellent. The day of the did have to hunt for our host a few times so maybe having a number to reach them during the party would be helpful. Overall I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to have a party here.

    Our daughter Mia celebrated her 11th birthday at Malibu Jack's on June 27, 2026, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the moment we arrived, Ashley, the manager, and Faith went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. When we realized our party package only included two pizzas, Ashley immediately stepped in, resolved the situation, and made everything right without hesitation. That level of customer service took all the stress away and allowed us to focus on celebrating our daughter's special day. Faith was absolutely amazing throughout the party. She was attentive, kind, energetic, and made sure every guest was taken care of. The entire staff was fun, professional, and genuinely cared about making Mia's birthday unforgettable. You always hear that leadership starts at the top, and Ashley proved that to be true. The positive attitude, professionalism, and teamwork we experienced reflected the culture she has helped create. I know reviews often get overlooked, but I truly hope this one doesn't. Ashley and Faith deserve to be recognized. They didn't just do their jobs—they made my daughter's day, and that's something our family will never forget. To Malibu Jack's ownership and upper management: Please take a few moments to read this review and personally thank Ashley and Faith.     I came to spend a fun day with my family and unfortunately had the complete opposite experience. The leadership team may want to consider implementing 5S principles and adding more visible informational signage throughout the facility to improve the guest experience. A few examples: * When a guest purchases an Unlimited Attractions Pass, make it clear that their card will not be charged when it is scanned at individual attractions. This caused unnecessary confusion. * All attractions should have clearly posted dress code requirements. My daughter and I were turned away from one ride because of her footwear, but there was no visible information beforehand. Looking back, I would have passed on purchasing the Unlimited Attractions Pass had I known what I know now. The lack of clear communication regarding attraction requirements, dress code restrictions, and other operational details significantly impacted our experience and made the pass feel like a poor value for our family. * It was extremely busy, which made it difficult to ask questions. Information on how to use the self-pour bar and how to get started with mini bowling should be posted in those areas to help guests navigate the experience without needing to find an employee. * The food court was also disappointing, especially considering the prices. The food was expensive and did not meet expectations. Our food was served cold, and portions and toppings were minimal. We ordered a slab of pizza, and it barely had any sauce or cheese on it. The mozzarella sticks were easily the best item we tried, but overall the food experience did not provide good value for the cost. I do want to recognize the team members working at the ticket and prize counter. They were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. They are doing a great job and were one of the highlights of our visit. My intention with this feedback is to help improve the guest experience for future visitors. As a leader in my field, I’ve learned that associates are internal customers. When organizations equip their teams with the right tools, information, and support, those associates are better positioned to deliver exceptional service to customers. In my experience, that approach not only improves the customer experience but also strengthens morale and engagement throughout the organization.

    We recently celebrated our twins’ 11th birthday at Malibu Jack’s, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish! A special thank you to Ashley, our party coordinator, and the two amazing party attendants who went above and beyond to make the day stress-free and memorable. They didn’t just help with the party…they assisted us in carrying in, unpacking, and setting up all of our soccer-themed decorations. Their willingness to jump in and help made a huge difference and allowed us to focus on enjoying the day with our family and guests. The service throughout the event was outstanding. Every team member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure our party was a success. As for the venue itself…wow! Both the kids and adults were blown away by the size of the facility and the variety of attractions. From the arcade games to the rides and activities, there was truly something for everyone. Many of our guests commented on how impressed they were with everything Malibu Jack’s had to offer. If you’re looking for a place to host a birthday party, Malibu Jack’s is an easy recommendation. The combination of exceptional customer service, incredible attractions, and a team that genuinely cares about creating a great experience made our twins’ birthday one they’ll never forget. Thank you, Ashley and the entire Malibu Jack’s team, for helping make Chrissy and Christian’s 11th birthday so special!
