I was the chaperone for a group of high school JROTC students that came to have a little bit of fun here today. The manager/front of house coordinator (whose name I failed to get - blonde hair) was SUPER nice and so helpful with our group. The venue is awesome! Even with our trip getting cut short, the students all had a great time doing all of the activities. The pizza was even pretty good for an event venue. Definitely recommend this for a school event.

I went to this two weeks ago I believe on a Friday, May 1st for a birthday party. The spinning ride was being fixed so by the time it was done, our card time was over. But one of your employees, her name is Stephanie, She was extremely kind and still let the kids go one time before we left. I just want to commend her because not all workers are like that. We went to urban trampoline one time and waited in the line for 45 minutes for my son’s birthday just to be let down. So I just want to express my appreciation for this place and their employees. Also the kids at the party were all on the spectrum so it was nice to see people be so understanding and kind!

We had an incident on one of the rides and it was not handled very well at all. My child was screaming at the top of his lungs banging on the walls to get out and the girl operating the ride hit start anyway even after we voiced our concerns. His wrist is bruised from banging so hard. Now they have multiple technicians working on the ride. When we went to the front desk Adrian was very helpful and handled the situation calmly and addressed the issue better than any other employee. He needs to be promoted to supervisor as he is able to handle customer concerns with ease and professionalism. If you ever need anything ask for Adrian. But my review for the establishment will remain at 1 star because of how this shouldn’t have ever happened to begin with. **Also an update on the same day my child was at the go carts. When the ride was over he was pulling into the lane the go carts are parked in. His cart got stuck and a girl came right behind him. Their employee Andrew used a button on the back of the girls who was behind my son to reverse her cart. I thought he was going to go to my son’s cart and push the button on the back so he could also reverse his go cart.Instead he just instructed the girl behind my son to slam her cart into his cart to get it into the lane. I stopped the employee and asked why he wouldn’t just reverse his cart the same way and he told me it was just easier because it was stuck. I then went to speak to the operations manager at the time Josh and he was really helpful and understood what went wrong in that situation. Very disappointed though in the lack of safety procedures by the employees here.

Had an 8th birthday party for my child yesterday. The place is pretty fantastic, but the party was not worth it. Not even close. Our hostess brought our pizzas to the table and we literally didn't see her again until she was rushing us away to clean for the next party. I spent the party serving pizza and drinks, just to avoid the atmosphere suffering from a non-existent host. Pizza was fine, if you enjoy Domino's or Pizza Hut. We were under the impression that the party cards included unlimited attractions AND games for the duration of the party. It did not. It came with $10 in game credits, with each game costing over $1 to play. Don't bother paying for the party. It is not worth it, at all. Spend your money on games and attractions and buy food separately. You will have a lot more fun. The organized party is a rip-off. Do not recommend. Edit: reading through reviews, and I saw someone had the same experience 2 months ago. These people overcharge for everything and don't provide good customer service, clearly. It actually amazes me that people have the nerve to charge $2.50 to play a single video game (albeit, big intricate games) and then can't be bothered to offer value for the money you spend.

We were having a good time until we came across this lady’s name Tiara. She made it an absolute horrible experience at Malibu arcade because. We got 3 cards (2 unlimited) game cards, and one of them got lost while playing at the go-kart. I politely brought both tickets to her and simply asked if she could reissue the lost card. She did something on her system, but instead of replacing the lost card, she deactivated the one we STILL had in our hands. When we went to use it, none of the games worked. We called her back over thinking it was an honest mistake, but instead of fixing the issue professionally, she immediately started accusing us of “finding” the lost card and trying to scam extra games. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. We never found the lost card at all. Instead of correcting HER mistake, she refused to help further and treated us like thieves over an arcade card. Terrible customer service, rude attitude, and honestly ruined the experience. Management seriously needs to train staff better on how to handle simple customer issues without false accusations.
