The managers at THIS Cinemark are probably the ones replying to Google reviews. I find it hard to believe that every one is complaining about the poor customer service yet corporate makes no effort to enhance the customer’s experience… If it’s not the onsite team, then I guess they don’t care either. I visited this location for food and a show. I went to the counter and asked the representative about seats. He was polite answered my 1 question, then walked away 😂 I was like ok, forget it, I’ll order food. Sat at the bar, had to offer the first greeting (I was the only one there and he was shaking his head idk why), ask 2-3x if I’m watching a movie. I felt rushed, no water, walked away while I’m trying to order, took another customer’s order. Don’t worry it reflected in their tip of $0. Also bar seats are filthy. I went to the bathroom. While washing my hands the girl sprayed cleaner right next to me like she wanted to move me. All this and the food sucked too! Please don’t offer me anything I’m never returning.

I went to a very early screening today (9:30am) and was expecting to be hit by a wave of fresh popcorn smell and it just wasn't there whatsoever. The second thing I noticed was that only one machine had any popcorn in it. By the time I sat down, I could immediately taste how old the popcorn was because of the slightly stale light butter that was in it. It also came apart in nasty tiny flakes when I chewed it that made me cough several times because of the scratchy sensation it gave my throat. I've worked at a movie theater concession stand before and I've made probably a thousand batches of my own stovetop popcorn at home over the years. Its easy to tell when popcorn is old. This had to have been from the night before. I cant think of any other reason it would have been like this otherwise because I went to the first screening of the day. They just dumped Friday nights leftovers into the popcorn machine and acted like it was recently popped. I wasn't able to eat even half of it. I felt a little gross for a few hours after the movie. There was also no one standing at the usher podium with strange instructions left to scan your own ticket and print out a receipt I guess. Never experienced that before. The XD theater had some speakers that definitely need to be fixed or replaced. I decided to try this place for the first time, but it was pretty disappointing.

us and a few others showed up Friday at 10:06 to watch a movie. and the doors stayed closed. litterally like the people in there just was standing around "chilling". absolutely ridiculous. I would have been P.O if i had bought tickets online before arriving. Update the hours and done show movie times if you arent going to open!
