  Short drive from Kingwood via Northpark Dr only 25-30 min. Auditorium 7, be aware many seats are too close to the screen, is best to choose from last rows. Maybe other auditorium have a different settings, but at seats C2, C3 we had to watch the movie looking up. However, yes, seats were comfortable recliners...

  We normally love coming to valley ranch Cinemark! Having a girls night with my teen daughters to see obsession and we were exited cause we love the pizza here and we’re all excited after coming in standing in line for like 20 mins we waited patiently still laughing and smiling but then we said we wanted to order 3 pizza combos and the guy picks his hand up throws his head back and sighs a huge sigh says it’s going to be like 15 mins to wait. I said ok we don’t mind waiting. He rolled his eyes and was completely rude and sighed more and said what do you want? Completely annoyed so I started being annoyed right back and he then calmed down a bit but he was still bothered! I giving two stars it was just rude as hell! Spend over 86.00 bucks to spoil my girls and get them what they want which is very expensive these days and that’s how we are treated! So rude! The other guy complained too that he was working along side him. He said they know it’s gonna take a while right? We don’t have the help! I get work places can get frustrating but to be annoyed with the customer is messed up! Especially for paying what we payed!

  Generally clean and nice seating. Great price for tickets- food is always high cost. Theatre was very warm- needed to turn up the AC. We will return

  Bought tickets for Toy Story 5 6/29 at 9:30 pm and the theater when you first walk in the theater is an absolute mess but hardly anyone standing in line to order food. I walked up to the counter and said hi to the cashier and he completely ignored me. I said hi a second time and he barely acknowledged me. When I asked if they had mozzarella sticks, his reply was snarky, it has now been several times we have come and they don’t have anything that can be made by the oven. My family showed up a few minutes later and tried to order popcorn and wanted to know if it was warm - another guys response “it’s always cold” so we had to ask for fresh popcorn to which he had an attitude about as well. All of the cashiers here have really bad attitudes about doing their job. This has been an issue every time we have come, going to start taking our business elsewhere if they can’t work on building a better team.

  For me, the picture and sound is the entire experience. The chairs are positioned where you are always looking up. The sound was lacking. You could actually pinpoint which speaker was making sound which is not good. Sounded like a bose theater system rather than true cinema sound. The lounging chairs were ok.
