  Got to the theater in advance, waited in our seats looking at a blank screen well past our movie time. Then watches ads and more ads for 20mins wondering when previews would play. Suggestion to the theater, no one wants to watch tv ads that we see at home. We come to the movies to get away from home and watch previews of what movies will be coming out next before the show. I’m sitting here ready to fall asleep before the movie. And we are still watching commercials and ads 30mins after the movie time which was 6:30pm. Only giving 2 stars and not one cause I know this Spider-Man movie is going to be good and the theater is clean.

  Comfortable reclining seats but if the reclined ten percent more your head would align comfortably with the movie screen. The head rests force your head to tilt facing too low. So next time we won't sit in the middle.

  Good Theater. Nice workers. There was something wet in my set that I didn't realize was there until it was reclined, so that wasn't fun but I'm sure it's hard to clean up after a bunch of people. The missing star isn't a reflection of this specific theater but more of Cinemark and movie theaters as a whole - prices are just outrageous, and just going to enjoy a movie as a family can seriously cut into a tight budget.

  I had a great experience at this movie theater! Timmy who helped me was very kind, friendly, and welcoming. Was patient and made sure I had everything I needed. It’s always nice to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing good customer service. definitely made my visit more enjoyable, and I really appreciate his kindness!

  We normally enjoy this theater, but our recent visit to see Moana was disappointing. We were seated in Theater 3, and upon arrival found signs warning that the AC was out and the theater would be warm. Since I had already purchased tickets online, I had no way of knowing this beforehand, and it felt unfair to be stuck with no option to switch. The heat made it hard to fully enjoy the movie. Midway through, we took a restroom break and decided to order popcorn. I asked if it could be brought to our seats, since I was ordering fresh popcorn with no salt and knew it would take a few minutes to pop. The employee told me I had to order through the app instead. This was surprising, since on a previous visit a staff member had happily brought popcorn to my seat so I wouldn't miss part of the movie. The inconsistency was the real issue. Staff should be on the same page about how orders are handled. The theater wasn't busy, and no one else was even at the concession stand, so there was no reason we couldn't be accommodated. Instead, we ended up finishing the movie hungry because the app-only, delivery-only policy left us with no other option. Very disappointing experience overall.
