  It was our first time coming here with my partner and little brother last night. I didn’t know they delivered food to your seats so I wanted to eat some mozzarella sticks as a snack while I watch Scary Movie. Well, my mozzarella sticks never came and the day I didn’t want my receipt I couldn’t get a refund because I chose not to get it printed out. Two staff members helped me they were very sweet and I wish I have gotten their name to shout them out for their kindness. Joseph, the manager, comes out and we start communicating on the situation and right away he starts giving me solutions. He doesn’t doubt and makes sure everything is going to be alright. He then comes out that there wasn’t any mozzarella sticks if I wanted a substitute and I told him that it’s okay and I’ll take some pretzels. Joseph then comes out mozzarella sticks at the end because they were able to find it. In conclusion, huge shout out to this location, to Joseph, and the other team members they know who they are. This location is clean, communicative, adaptive, and has hospitality. I am a customer service employee as well and I know the requirements we are asked to make the customer feel welcomed and heard. So big thanks to the trio - y’all are appreciated!

  The place has really gone down hill. There was no one checking our tickets to walk to our theater. The bathrooms were overflowing with trash, there was toilet paper all over the stall floors. And when we were walking out to go to our vehicle, there were people smoking marijuana by the exit doors.

  Me and my family love coming to this theather!!! It is very clean and the seats are super comfy. The workers are just as great! Especially this young man named Joseph, the other day I was having an issue with getting seats with my kids considering one decided to join last minute. He was very helpful with changeing my seats last minute so we can all seat together.

  Facility, fantastic…quality and cleanliness, fantastic. However, if you have an issue, don’t ask Joseph the “assistant” manager for help. We spent 100 bucks on food and drinks, showed them proof on our bank account from online order and refused to fulfill it because “the order didn’t show on his side”. We asked to speak to his manager to which he replied “he is the manager”, we let him know he was assistant and he didn’t seem to understand. Not to mention, when we first arrived, he gave away someone else’s order to us. I’d say, if Joseph isn’t working, this is a great place!

  When arriving, to the movie theater, the building is properly lit up. It's easy to find. There's plenty of parking with security. At the door, security checks underaged teenagers i.d. The surround sound was perfect to enjoy the movie. Plush remote recliner seat weren't torn. They were made of soft leather. Other people in our group were pleased, about their seat because the buttons worked. You may want to bring a small blanket. The temp felt like 72°(cool). If you like movie snacks, then you'll try to be first in line to get fresh popcorn and a cold drink. Staff members are trained to be pleasant. They were attentive and directed us to the area of where it movie would be playing. I saw someone coming from cleaning the restroom. I guess they don't mind keeping up with that, for the customers. The many theaters, on this building, will definitely accommodate everyone. If you don't purchase your tickets online, you can still receive them at the inside counter or window. Whoever brings their dog wherever they go, will not be able to bring it to this location. I'm going to return one-day, in the best future.
