  I really like the moving chairs they have and the theaters are usually clean but if u go at the wrong time there are so many kids loitering in the hallways and sitting in random seats in the theaters.

  This used to be my go to theater, but for the second time in the row this theater has been understaffed. There was only one person at the cashier in the concession line...the wait time for our food was much longer. No one in the front at the ticket booth. No one in the auditorium area to scan the QR code for our ticket seating. Also, I need to mention that the teenagers working the concession does not have a sense of urgency and they move extremely slow filling orders while there's a line of other guests waiting to be served.

  We hosted a birthday party at Cinemark Missouri City and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Marcus and Melany were incredible from start to finish, so friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making everything run smoothly. Managers Jonathan and Amarisse also went above and beyond to ensure our group was taken care of and that the entire celebration felt effortless. Thanks to this amazing team, the party was enjoyable, organized, and completely stress‑free. Their customer service was exceptional, and we’re so grateful for the care they put into making the day special. Highly recommend this location for events and great service!

  The fact that I’m a 25 year old who showed ID and came with my minor sister and they still didn’t let me in because of stupid teens want to ruin for others who not associated in stupid behavior! Never coming here took my refund and spent my money at AMC who have better customer service!

  The WORST THEATER EVER it was our first time going there and definitely our last time, we will never even come close to this place again. Brought my family to watch a 6pm movie that would last 1hr 30mins. got there all 5 of us, and checked in. The first place things started going down hill was ordering food, by the time your waiting in line to order food almost 20 mins have already passed out of the movie and your not even in the cinema as yet, anyways we place the order and was given a buzzer and was told when our order was ready it will beep or vibrate 🙄, tell me why after over 1hr and 1 minute (and this is the truth, no exaggerating) our order wasn't no where to being ready, kids hungry, starving and uncomfortable including ourselves waiting for the food and when I went to check, they asking me where in the theater we are so they could bring to food to us when its ready 😠, I told them I needed a refund cause if the movie is almost finished and After an hour the food isn't ready what would we be doing with it at this point smh. We were so disappointed in this place that even the kids decided they wanted to leave before the movie which was MARIO was finished and go get something to eat. So I wasted my money on a family outing purchased 4 tickets for nothing at all and no manager or anyone tried to rectify the issues or discrepancies we were having/had at this place. I would never recommend this place to anyone at all, this place needs to get it right, so much focus on irrelevant areas while the important areas are a major fail. I wish I could give this place zero stars, cause honestly it's not even worth a rating compared to other theaters we've been to multiple times and enjoyed the outings. The STAR CINEMA GRILL is spectacular as we've been there once as well and that definitely is going to be our GO TO Family MOVIE CINEMA from now, lovely I tell you. This CINEMARK in Missouri city is a definite 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 we just wanted to try it out and we did and we definitely crossed it off our list permanently.
