  Concession line is always long and their is no sense of urgency from either the employees or management. They have seven lanes and only three are working on Saturday night peak hours. I used to work here as a teen and they would have us RUNNING and open the Satellite Areas. SMH I’ll stick to Pharr

  I always enjoy coming to this theater with friends. Never had any bad experiences with the workers either. Very polite and helpful.

  Horrible customer service.. I stopped by the box office to purchase some tickets and this entitled rude employee named Karely was on her phone the entire time as I was trying to purchase my tickets! Instead of a simple hello how may I help you I got a “what were you going to get?” While laughing? I’m not sure what is so funny but this isn’t my first experience with this young lady. She needs to be trained again or moved away form customer interaction. I get that sometimes we have a bad day but that is no excuse to always treat me and my family this way.

  We normally go to the theater in Pharr, but we tried this out today. It sucks. The theater was dirty even before the movie started. People talked all during the movie. We won't go here again. If you're a barbarian, though, please make sure to only go to this location.

  Employees are so slow. It took us 35 min in line to GET POPCORN AND ONE DRINKKKKKKKK. Employees just walking and yappin. Managers look at the cameras from 7/3/26 around 10:30-11:40 to see how SLOW those cashiers guys were and how long the line was. One of the cashiers was making slushies and would slowly go back to the register “this looks perfect doesn’t it?” Like dude give the lady the slushy. Other guy with longish unkept hair kept going to the back, kept starting to have a convo with us when we literally didn’t want to have a convo as we had been in line for 35 MIN. We missed 30 min of our movie waiting. Walking into a movie theatre 30 min late is embarrassing and rude to everyone around us. Tell your cashiers to stop playing around.
