I brought my daughter to see a movie that was due to leave theaters tomorrow. She was very excited about the outing and we arrived right on time for the showing at 5:30p. There were no attendants outside in the call box window so we went to inside and had to stand in the concessions line to purchase tickets. There were 2 cashiers moving very SLOWLY to fix popcorn and serve the customers in front of us just when an additional 5 employees emerged from the back to only walk thru the passbar and disappear after congregating at a register and chatting for a few mins. I work retail management so I know that the person with a bank money bag had to be a “leader” yet they could visibly and CARE LESS about the entire operation and all those who were there to patronize it (male, feminine, dreadlocks, wore a visor cap - the other had scalp braids/wore glasses) Just another day on the clock ey? So pitiful. I had to ask the attendant “Are you open?” Because she just stood there watching the “manager” socializing once her customer in front of us left. Mind you - my daughter is freaking out by now because we’re like 15 mins after showtime and she’s convinced we won’t be able to buy a ticket that late. We get to the register and she moved as slow as molasses (pale, glasses, very young and timid) to get us 2 tickets and cash change. She literally asked “Are you paying with cash” when my daughter was CLEARLY holding a $20 bill RIGHT in front of her. After we got the tickets, we went into the hallway where there was NO ATTENDANT to check tickets so we could have obviously just walked through and avoided all the extras if we were dishonest but THENNNN we see an extra 4-6 staff members roaming the halls DOING NOTHING. I have never seen a more lackadaisical, inefficient and incompetency NEGLIGENT group of careless employees in my life. What a shame!!! 5:30 on 10/13/26 roll the cameras

I bought $30 worth of concessions including drinks and they put it all in one large paper bag that rips and falls. Total waste of money. Soda, popcorn, ICEE everywhere.

You have to try the XD screen and motion seats. Definitely a memorable experience.
