  My husband, son, and I visited this theater today to watch a movie. We love the slushies, so before ordering I specifically asked whether they could be refilled. The first concession attendant told me that if I purchased a large, it would be eligible for a refill. Based on that information, I spent $12 on a large slushie. Later, when I went back to get the refill, a different attendant told me that slushies are not refillable. Had I been given the correct information from the beginning, I would not have spent the extra money on the large size. This wasn’t about wanting something for free. It was about receiving accurate information before making a purchase. I hope management provides better training so all employees are giving customers consistent information. It was a disappointing experience that could have easily been avoided.

  Clean theater and seats! Good concessions, good service. The restrooms were clean. We got our food fairly quickly. Check in was hassle free due to QR code, so it's best to purchase tickets online. Best of all, there is plenty of handicap parking and wheelchair accessibility.

  I don’t need your ticket seller’s opinion on whether or not my children should be watching a movie that is literally made for children. The guy claimed the movie was FULL of cuss words and sexual themes and told me 3x over that it’s not a children’s movie. What movie? The Amazing Digital Circus. That’s right. 3 cuss words and one extremely subtle and fast “sexual innuendo” later and I’m starting to think your seller is being paid by the opposition, the way he was wanting me to not buy my kid’s tickets. Absolute buffoonery. Less yap, sell more. One star for wasting my time

  I have enjoyed this theatre for years and this is what I’d consider my go-to theatre in my area. With that said, I’ve noticed within the last couple of visits, there is an uptick in unaccompanied younger patrons creating distracting environments within movies. I know this theatre has implemented IDing for adult rated movies (which I’m very thankful for) but I feel like there needs to be a regulation for kids and teens unaccompanied period. I know this is is probably something that has to be discussed with the company, to which I hope a solution can be reached. One of my most recent visits, I had to let a team member know of a group that was causing distraction and grief for the people around me, and they handled it swiftly and professionally. I enjoy going to this theatre and I really don’t want to have to consider finding an alternative when I enjoy the environment and team members.

  SHAME ON YOU, CINEMARK. I had one of the worst, most uncomfortable movie experiences of my life here. Tonight, from 9:15-11:20 PM, my husband and I sat through the horror movie Obsession with the most heinous family behind us. Loud, obnoxious, impolite, but worst of all, they brought their THREE YEAR OLD into the horror movie. I could hardly stomach them halfway through the movie. They wouldn’t stop loudly commenting on everything happening onscreen, and their poor little girl kept telling her parents “I’m sacred! I’m scared! I’m scared!” I went and complained to the manager an hour in, asking why a small child was let into that gruesome movie, and he was incredibly dismissive “ight I’ll see if I hear something.” Then proceeded to not come into the theater once. This movie is rated R and is soooo violent, had s3x scenes, cussing, animal death, etc. I get that there are awful parents whose children should be taken by CPS, I do, but what I don’t understand is why the Cinemark employees allowed a toddler into that movie and aided in that child’s abuse. Shame on this establishment. You’re just as awful as the parents. I’m never coming back.
