  Pay to come here, watch a flick and cool off. I didn't pay $27 in concessions to sweat. Had to keep wiping sweat from my eyes. No bueno.

  Nice big theater and good concessions. Friendly staff. Chairs are comfortable but wish they also offered DBOX seats

  I have been going to this theater for yrs but after today spending money on a movie ticket and snacks we will not return to the Lewisville location. We went to go watch a movie only Saturday my husband has had off decided to go see obsession. Of course my husband doesn't say anything to me until after the movie when we are leaving that the 4 people who where sitting next to us where not even supose to be there. All threw the movie they kept talking or on there phone if u are going to be disrespectful dont be sneaking into the movies. Yes my husband new not to say anything to me cause then I would had said something if I have to pay to see a movie SO DO YOU! the Arabic took over the mall but dont sit here and be disrespectful at the movies when people go spend money to watch a movie. For one go buy a ticket! Don't be sneaking into movies. Staff need to pay attention to what goes on towards the back. All said and done we will not be returning. Have to drive to the plano location.

  My experience at this movie theater was extremely disappointing. I visited on a Wednesday with my girlfriend and purchased a combo meal along with two hot dogs. The popcorn was clearly stale and overly salty, which caused both of us stomach discomfort and indigestion. The customer service was equally disappointing. The cashier displayed a poor attitude and was unprofessional throughout the interaction. In addition, when I requested my receipt, I was told that they could not provide it because their system was supposedly not working. I had to speak with a manager before I was finally given proof of my purchase. I have visited many movie theaters over the years, and honestly, this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I hope the owners take steps to improve both the quality of the food they serve and the level of customer service they provide. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be returning.

  I went to see the Digital Circus. Let me tell you, this was probably the worst theater experience I've ever had the displeasure of living through. Absolutely not one soul in that theater had any morsel of social awareness and honestly I have no clue what the movie was about because of this. Screaming, swooning, tweaking out, these absolute baffons in the theater were doing all of it. Luckily, my guardian angel, the blonde woman working the ticket stand swooped in to save the last 5 minutes of the movie. She heroically stepped in and told almost all of row F to shut up and I could not thank her enough. Cinemark, please, please, please give this woman a raise even better give her the keys to the place. This review would have been 1 star if not for your star of an employee that you guys have. (P.S theater was very clean and staff incredible (Thank you blonde angel))
