  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing experience at the Cinemark Lewisville location! The theater was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and professional, and the overall atmosphere made for a great movie experience. The screens and sound quality were excellent, and the seating was comfortable from start to finish. Definitely one of my favorite places in Lewisville to catch a movie, relax, and enjoy some quality entertainment. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great night out with family, friends, or a date night!

  I went to the movie theater yesterday and everyone had a wonderful smile on their face except for one person working there his name was Gavin he just wasn’t being helpful and giving me and my friends a really hard time being there. We also saw that he was being so rude and was giving to much attitude towards to everyone there. He also made my popcorn so bad and added left overs all over them they tasted burnt .Also he never really helped when I needed help he just walk away and be on his phone this unacceptable behavior by this worker I hope yall matter into their own hands because me and my friends and a bad experience there and don’t want that person attending us anymore I would not like others to go through what I went through but unfortunately he treated so many ppl the same way he treated me and my family . On the other hand everyone else there working was such good persons for helping me and other people there the theatre’s were clean and very nice to sit in the customer service by the people in the hallway and the people that clean was amazing I really liked having people in that place that actually help and not give a attitude to people for no reason I think the rest of the workers there were really great person but Gavin was just not a person that should be attended by anyone there I hope yall take this and actually do something about it

  The black girl at 12:30pm on Sunday August 23 she left the register and talking to her co worker after my card got declined and I needed her to come back to the register to let me try to pay again and when I motion to her for her attention she just looked and ignored me and my mom. That is very rude and for her to not come back I had to ask the guy next to us to help us. Thank you to the guy at register 5

  Very disappointed with Cinemark’s policy for young children I’m extremely disappointed that Cinemark charged $12 for my 2.5-year-old child to watch a movie, supposedly for “safety purposes,” when he doesn’t even get his own seat. I completely understand having safety policies for young children, but charging a full ticket price while the child is expected to sit with the parent doesn’t feel reasonable. If the purpose is truly safety, I don’t understand why the parent has to pay $12 for a seat that isn’t actually being provided. For a toddler who is barely old enough to sit through a movie, this feels like an unnecessary and disappointing expense. I hope Cinemark will reconsider this policy and offer a more reasonable option for parents with very young children.

  Conveniently located. But, the area needs improvement like the parking lot is full of cracks.
