Wish the disability seats had a table top and heat like the Cinemark in Harlingen Texas does

My son and his friends had went to this cinema to watch a movie with a legal adult, but were informed by the lady, who had been very rude from the start that they needed a parent which was not stated as all it said was a legal adult. My son and his friends ended up exchanging their tickets to another movie. However, half way through their movie, the assistant manager had only asked them to come out as she wanted to check their tickets, assuming they had snuck in. She kept them away from the movie for 15-20 mins, reasoning that she saw them wondering the cinema as if there’s something wrong with that. While she was assuming they had snuck in, she went to ask the lady who had previously denied their access to the first movie they were originally going to watch and stated she had never seen the boys, blatantly lying as she had spoke to my son and his friends. Asking another worker, they truthfully answered and the boys were allowed back in, already having missed the good parts of the movie. When my son and his friends had went to complain as they missed their movie and dealt with unprofessionalism as they were all respectful, the assistant manager excused the lady and stated she later on said she knew the boys, but just didn’t say anything at the time, clearly enabling her behavior. It’s annoying as clearly the boys had bought all their snacks there, and my husband and I have the cinemark membership, so dealing with this is really absurd. This place needs to do better considering it’s one of the only movie theaters in Laredo. They also need to hire better staff with better attitudes. Will definitely be canceling my membership.

The lady who’s checking the tickets is always very rude and not enjoyable to talk to. The assistant manager that we had spoke to as well, was not of help, and enabling the bad attitude from her staff.
