  Smell musty and kids are a little wild sometimes. They used to have an officer at the front but he’s gone now. This is deteriorating little by little and possibly be gone sometime soon.

  This legit has to be the worst theater I’ve ever been to. Went around 5pm on a Sunday to watch Spiderman, they did not have any Icees, no pickles, no cheese for nachos or any dip. Is this a logistics problem? Did management not inventory properly? I don’t know how this happens. That was the first problem. The next problem was every trash can was overflowing and there was trash all over the floor. Is this normal here? Finally, The ultimate problem we had here was the theater we were in was between 78-85 degrees. I saw many people fanning themselves. I was wearing shorts and my legs were sweating, they were stuck to the black pleather seats. I saw people with blankets, I’m sure they expected a cool/fresh theater. I left sweating. I regret choosing this location. I learned a valuable lesson this day.

  1.) The movie theater had an interesting smell. Walked in and of course there will be a lot of stuff on the ground, but there was awfully more than expected. Usually the rooms are cleaned before next start, but there was left a huge mess left. 2.) Completely understandable, older movie theater + cheaper tickets 9/10. But staffing were young and inattentive, we came late at night so they were possibly just extremely tired. 3.) The leg space was okay, and the chair don’t fully recline, they need to be manually recline so you can’t fully lay back, at MOST 95 degrees. No, the movie theater does not offer leg reclining chairs!!

  This was by far the worst movie theater experience I’ve ever had. We were sent into the wrong auditorium, the movie was already halfway over. To make matters worse, the movie was playing in Spanish even though our tickets were not for a Spanish-language screening. On top of that, the theater was extremely dirty and had a terrible smell throughout the entire auditorium. It’s unbelievable that a theater would be left in that condition, let alone seat customers in the wrong movie without anyone noticing. Between missing half the movie, being in the wrong language, and sitting in a dirty, foul-smelling theater, this was a complete waste of time and money. I expected much better from Cinemark. I won’t be returning unless they seriously improve their customer service and cleanliness.

  I was really disappointed with my experience at this Cinemark. We came to see a highly anticipated Spider-Man movie, expecting the full movie theater experience, but the concession stand was a huge letdown. There were no hot food items available and no ICEE drinks, which are two of the main reasons many people buy concessions. For such a popular showing, I would have expected the theater to be fully stocked and prepared for the crowd. It definitely took away from the overall experience. I hope management does a better job of planning inventory for busy movie releases in the future.
