  Had a horrible day here! First served cold stale popcorn, had to dump it out and tried to get a new one, but was told to get to the back of the line, the line was long and only had 2 people working cashier, one of the cashier who told me I had to get to the back. I waited in line for 20 mins because they were slow and missed 20 minutes of my movie because they didnt want to get a simple refill of popcorn. Second the theater was dirty, sticky floor that was definitely not clean, left over trash i had to move off my seat, and the seat was broken, like the cushion was taken off the seat. Tried to complain to management but he waved me off like he didnt want to deal with me and just talking to one of his female employee, it was inappropriate talk also about other customers also. Never really had an issue until now and was the worst experience of a theater!!! I dont recommend this theater

  It's a decent theater. One thing I've noticed on multiple visits is that some of the promotions (popcorn buckets, plushies with a drink and popcorn, etc.) are not always fulfilled as advertised. Projectors and sound systems are good quality and the recliner seats have been in good shape.

  Auditorium 3 was not cleaned for 6.15p.m show in the last row. It's a great place and mnagement can be more focused towards better hygiene and customer experience.

  The Family went to see Toy Story 5 and everyone had a great time. Popcorn 🍿 Hot dogs drinks and candy Yum 😋

  Holy moly, the concession stand moves slowly here and the Cinemark app is absolutely terrible. In fact, I cancelled my monthly membership recently because the app had too many issues and using it to have it freeze up is such a poor experience. I wanted to use a movie credit for a ticket the other day and had to wait just over 10 minutes for a manager for them to unlock it in their system or something. This time, I got on line for a bottle of water just as the clock was hitting 4pm. Then went it's finally my turn, I get asked if I want to use a movie credit for the criminally overpriced water. I say no, I have a $3 off rewards with the big QR code pulled up in front of my phone. He says okay I got you and uses my movie credit and says in good to go. Wait, what? Anyway I double-checked that he used my MC and had to wait for a manager to undo it. Like why would I want to waste $12 on a $6.30 bottle of water, talk about double the highway robbery, it should not even be an option unless you can redeem it for their egregiously overpriced personal pizza. Now I'm sitting in my seat at 4:28 and there's just no way getting one bottle of water should take over 20 minutes. I low-key can't wait to use up all my MCs and go back to AMC if things don't improve with Cinemark as a whole. Maybe using my MCs on water (is it sprinkled with gold dust, I have no idea) would've been worth it just to be free of this place, I don't know!
