  Went today to watch a movie with my family and the guy checking tickets would not let us in because they did not have ids. The lady who sold us tickets had no problem when i told her i was the legal guardian, but when i told the guy that he would not listen and raised his voice telling me to refund our tickets he does not have the right to tell me if i am or am not their legal guardian it made me so upset id rather drive farther to a different cinema than come back here.

  ★★☆☆☆ The Hot Dog Still Haunts MeTwo stars. Honestly, one of those stars is purely because the building had working electricity.A few months ago, I made the mistake of ordering a regular hot dog. Somehow, Cinemark managed to turn a basic concession into a culinary crime scene. This thing tasted like somebody found a stray chili dog behind the counter, scraped it off, microwaved it, and whispered, “Yeah, that'll work.” It had a weird, ghostly, vaguely chili-dog flavor that I still think about months later. It is the kind of food trauma that randomly pops into your head and just makes you angry all over again.I've been to the Cinemark in Northeast Fort Worth off I-35 plenty of times. They have never betrayed me like this. Next time, I'm just going to sneak a gas station hot dog in my pockets. Because that is what a real American would want.I would genuinely rather drive to the Cinemark off 635 in Dallas, sit in five-o'clock summer traffic with no AC, and contemplate every bad life decision I've ever made than eat another hot dog at this location.The theater itself was fine. The hot dog was a bioweapon. If you're going to charge movie-theater prices, at least make the meat taste like it was born in this decade.

  I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding a recent experience at your theater on 8/1/2026 during my visit to see Spider-Man.i was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and the poor service I received at the concession stand.I had purchased the exclusive Spider-Man popcorn bucket and cup a week prior to the movie, specifically with the intention of using them for this screening. When I arrived at the concession stand, I was informed that the staff would not refill these items. Instead, I was forced to purchase an entirely new large popcorn and drink, despite already owning the branded merchandise intended for this purpose. The service process was incredibly inefficient. The staff member assisting us was constantly walking back and forth, leaving the counter unattended and delaying our order significantly. AMC should honor the purpose of these exclusive collectibles or say we can’t bring them back to reuse then I won’t buy them . and the level of service I received was well below the standard I expect from your theater.
