I do NOT recommend!!!!! This place is for toddlers and very small children. It looks rundown like its slowly going out of business and it truly need to just give up and close. It is very disappointing. They quote a special on line, but when you arrive, you find out the online special doesn't exist and the price is $10 more than expected. They also have some massage chairs that cost $5 for 19 minutes that do not work and when you ask the staff here about the chairs taking your $5 and giving nothing in return, Cosmic Air says they can't help you because all they do is collect their part of the money from the vendor that owns the rip-off chairs. I don't care who they claim is responsible. The chairs are in their place of business, therefore Cosmic Air stole $5 from me and refused to make it right. If you buy a faulty product at walmart, they refund the customer and collect from the vendor for the faulty product. This crappy little place is no different even though they think saying they can't help me excludes them from all responsibility. Hopefully I'll get the $5 back when I finish filing the BBB complaint.
All in all, this is a horrible little place that only exist to take as much of your money as they can and over charge for everything. 2 small slurpees was $9.75. I also paid a $10 price increase over the price quoted online and $5 for a non working massage chair for a total of $24.75 more than I planned on spending. They make Urban Air look like a bargain. If you're on a tight budget, save your money and go someplace else... anyplace else..
Recently there are ALWAYS more than 2 play areas closed....
Eat before you come the food is high and not desirable.
Workers never around.
I watched 6 workers in the VIP room that never came out the entire time we were there.
All of them with cosmic air shirts on and everyone of them on their cell phones.
I said last time it would be my last trip to Humble Cosmic Air and today is definitely the LAST day.
Urban Air will get our business.

My little ones and I really enjoyed our first visit to Cosmic Air and overall everything was amazing. I do have some constructive criticism that hopefully doesn't go unnoticed. The ball pit had areas that did not have protection foam on the floor. I actively supervised my kids while they were playing and was able to warn them not to throw themselves into the balls because the floor is hard and they could hurt themselves on the hard floor especially there knees. Also there is a bit of dirt and grim on some areas of the jungle gym that needs to be cleaned. Other than that everything was perfect and the staff was very kind.

It was my son and my first and only visit, and he didn't get the opportunity to play. I was unaware that we needed to sign a waiver before he could jump. He is autistic and eloped, and he kept heading through the unlocked doors to try to jump, and I was trying to stop him and pay when I found out about the electronic waivers. I had checked the website a few times and didn't realize everyone needed to fill one out. I thought they were for special circumstances. I wanted to go for the Sunday Funday special, but there was a wreck on 1960, so we didn't get there until after 1pm. The summer special was literally the same deal for a few more dollars, so that wasn't a problem. The two workers had no empathy for the situation, and said they "wouldn't argue with me" when I asked how I was supposed to fill it out, as if I was refusing to, instead of clearly struggling to prevent my kid from running off while doing so. I don't know if they even have wifi, but I was also out of data. I exploded. I was angrier than ever before in my life, and I behaved poorly. To be fair, it is probably a decent place to play, but know that you do have to fill out a waiver, and it may be difficult to take am eloping child there. I didn't mean to act the way I did, but I'm frustrated with trying to find safe places to take him. I was hot and tired, and my sense of justice was triggered. I wish they had greeted us, had a way of preventing him from accessing the play area until we were ready, or just generally had communicated more clearly, calmly, and directly, but I also acknowledge that I could have handled the situation differently. I should have asked if I could bring in his stroller and contained him that way while filling out the paperwork.

You are not allowed to bring water inside. I already get frustrated with no outside food policies (at least allow paying customers to bring in food that you don’t sell!) but not allowing kids to bring in water bottles feels like a safety issue. To add insult to injury, a bottle of water is FIVE dollars. Cosmic air, please change this policy. At minimum, customers should be allowed water bottles. But reconsider the food policy! We would have bought the all-day passes if food was allowed in.
