I went to see The Devil Wears Prada 2 with my sister. We were looking forward to it as both of us had been to IPIC before. I noticed this time however, a lot of the amenities that I had experienced before were gone. They didn't bring the popcorn down until into the movie. There were no beverage naps on the table, so the condensation from our water glasses (never refilled) and our cocktail (never asked if we wanted another) dripped on our legs. I could have sworn they used to have pillows & blankets....maybe I'm thinking of another theater, but I'm pretty sure it was IPIC as I used to visit frequently. The service was sub-par, so they got the 18% gratuity that they added into the check and that was it. I worked in the service industry most of my life. I'd have been hustling for more money on to of the auto gratuity, but our server did not. My sister and I still had fun together. I just feel the experience could have been elevated.

First let me start by saying I write this in hope management sees it and improves the situation. I also say this is not a reflection of the staff, who has always been great. We started coming to Ipic years ago, and have been a gold member for several years. We enjoyed the premium feel of the theater, reclining seats, blankets, and attentive staff . However, the theater has been in decline for a while now. The escalator always seems to have issues, and has been a running joke for us whether it will work or not because it happens so much. If it was just that, I would let it be. But the theater itself is in dire need of repairs as well. Many of the tables (almost all of them in the theater we were in) have peeling paint, there are literally duct tape repairs for railings that are loose. Some of the damage is admittedly cosmetic, but that detracts away from the experience. The food has gone downhill too, many people left a lot of food at the table, not even bothering to get a to go box. This would all be forgivable at a budget theater, but this lends itself to being a premium theater, and you pay a premium price for tickets, food, and drinks, all of which is underwhelming at this point. It is not fair to market this as a premium theater anymore with such obvious repairs needed and food that is often underwhelming. We never minded paying the premium when it felt worth it, but it feels less worth it everytime we go. Unless things improve, I would probably also get rid of my gold membership. I want to again say the staff has been excellent in my experience as a whole. Friendly, attentive, for the most part. But they are being dealt a bad hand with a theater breaking apart and food that disappoints. I hope management sees this review and improves things. We want to see this theater thrive but I don't see how it will unless they repair the damages, and provide higher quality food and drinks. Right now it's hard to see the theater struggling like this because these are all correctable issues if management puts in the effort to do so.

I took my family to go watch a movie 7/5/26 and I waited one hour before a waiter came to take my order, I told the waiter nevermind the movie is about to finish. I will never go to that overrated movie theatre again.

This theater was an absolute disappointment. The theater itself was uncomfortably hot, the escalators were broken, and construction cones were scattered throughout the theater, making the entire experience feel neglected and disorganized. It seemed like the air conditioning wasn’t working in Auditorium 2, which made it even more uncomfortable. Considering the price of the tickets, I expected a much better experience. Instead, my family and I left frustrated and feeling like we wasted both our time and money. We will not be returning, and I would not recommend this theater to anyone.

We had a great time! The staff was prompt & friendly. The facility was beautiful. I gave 4 stars because my daughters and I are sensitive to gluten. I tried to order brisket nachos and was told that the tortillas have a 90% corn & 10% flour blend. You offered brisket on a bed of lettuce which was kind of a sad solution. I was warned that the fryer isn’t dedicated either so those with celiac would have even more limitations!! You didn’t even have a gluten free bun option, which even further limits the menu. (Even Chick-fil-A has a gluten free bun!) Can you try to make more accommodations for those with allergies? My mom has celiac and I’ll have to tell her to be extremely cautious when visiting! She may even have to avoid eating there altogether. You put a ton of effort into an elevated eating experience but when failing make accommodations, you deny those of us with allergies an equal opportunity to enjoy! Thank you for your understanding & consideration.
