  Overall its clean, up to date all around, good place to watch movies my only gripe is each time the concessions line is ridiculously long, moves slow and very time consuming so come in a good 20-30min before movies start time. This is weekday, weekend, day or night same result not sure why

  Really disappointed on the amount of time we had to wait at the concession stand, theres plenty of personnel behind the counter to ensure the line keeps moving…but in this case, having to wait 15-20 min is unacceptable. Also, i feel like there should be a register open for people that arent getting food/snacks. There is no justifiable explanation on why we have to wait with the others, we should be able to buy a blanket and go back to our seat. This really just makes me double think buying anything at all.

  I think its absolutely rediculous you cant order food after you bought your ticket to pick up on the side, now no one gets food or drink or someone misses 35 minutes or more to get food because if lines, and 6 people are standing around the hallway talking. Im even doing all the walking and ordering. Just offer food ordering , what's the difference? Or tell us how mong the previews are. You make all your money on food and drink and cant even order to pick up. Its a poor management and poor service, This movie started 10 min after start time shown, its usually 30 with previews and trailers, not today, fix you're app and give real service.

  I love this movie theater. It’s the best theater ever! Very economical comfortable and Customer friendly and has been having the same prices for over 30-40 years! I wouldn’t recommend another theater in the world

  Went to see the backrooms movie and was told to pull out ID to see a movie. They were policing it as if we were trying to walk into a bar. I had my ID on me, but my 20 year old brother did not. Eventually he found a picture of his ID but my younger brother was not allowed in despite us, two adults, and his parents explicitly saying it was fine. Jonathan, The manager was completely unreasonable. We will never be coming back. We have been trying to get a refund, but they took so long that the movie started and now they refuse to give us one.
