    Despite the technical issues with the theater lights coming on, Javan and his team always made sure to keep checking, the second time they went on i got up but then saw Javan in action hustling his way over like he was on a mission 🏃‍♂️💨! I admire that type of work ethic with a smile that says it all. Thank you Javan! And to the other staff members that made this movie going experience memorable

    I always enjoy visiting Cinemark Tinseltown on 290. The theater is consistently clean, comfortable, and offers some of the best ticket prices around. Every employee I interacted with during my visit was polite, friendly, and respectful. I especially want to recognize Assistant Manager Javan for providing outstanding customer service. I was struggling to carry all of my concessions, and he noticed right away and went out of his way to help pack everything into a bag so it would be much easier to transport. It was a simple gesture, but it made a big difference and showed how attentive and helpful he is to guests. Excellent customer service like that is one of the reasons I keep coming back. Thank you, Javan, and the entire team for making every visit a positive experience!

    Extremely disappointed with our experience today. We took our family to the 11:25 AM showing of Toy Story expecting a fun outing, but instead my pants were ruined because there was gum and sticky candy left on the seats and floor from the previous showing. The theater had clearly not been cleaned properly. When I brought it to the manager's attention, the response was simply an offer of a free drink. A free soda doesn't replace ruined clothing or make up for the lack of cleanliness and care for customers. A family movie should be an enjoyable experience, not one where you're left with damaged clothing because basic cleaning wasn't done. Management needs to take cleanliness and customer concerns much more seriously. We won't be returning until they improve their standards. Also seems very unsanitary with mold everywhere. Beware!!!!!!.

    I want to recognize Javan, the Assistant Manager, for providing exceptional customer service during my visit. He was professional, friendly, and went out of his way to ensure that my experience at the theater was enjoyable. Javan handled everything with a positive attitude and made me feel valued as a guest. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. His leadership and dedication did not go unnoticed and helped make my visit a great one. Thank you, Javan, for your outstanding service. The theater is fortunate to have someone as committed and customer-focused as you on the team!

    My biggest disappointment wasn't the filthy restrooms—it was the way Manager Tina Lowery handled the situation. When I visited, all five restroom stalls were completely out of toilet paper. There was also no soap and no paper towels available. This wasn't a case of one dispenser running empty; it appeared the restrooms had not been checked or serviced for quite some time. I brought the issue to Tina Lowery's attention. She immediately offered me a ticket refund, but I explained that I wasn't looking for compensation. My concern was the obvious lack of cleanliness, supervision, and accountability that allowed the restrooms to get into such an unsanitary condition in the first place. I simply asked what process was in place to ensure restrooms are inspected and maintained, especially given the importance of hygiene in public spaces. Instead of addressing those concerns, Tina became defensive when I continued to ask reasonable questions about management oversight. I remained respectful throughout the conversation and never raised my voice or acted inappropriately. Rather than engaging in a constructive discussion, she had a police officer escort me out of the theater. Customers should be able to raise legitimate concerns about sanitation without being treated as a problem. The condition of the restrooms was unacceptable, but the dismissive and defensive response from management was even more concerning. I hope ownership reviews both their facility maintenance practices and how customer feedback is handled.
