  I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated. Please do not treat loyal rewards members like myself with such disrespect. I bring approximately 15–20 family members to this theater twice a week, and for myself to be treated as if I do not matter — including being hung up on during a phone call — is unacceptable. I currently have 2,791 reward points with your company, which should show the level of loyalty and support I have given this theater over time. I spoke with 3 different employees on 3 separate calls, and each person claimed they were the only manager on site while also giving completely different information. What should have been a great family experience was ruined because of rude behavior and unprofessional attitudes from staff members. As a loyal customer who spends a significant amount of time and money at this theater, I expected much better customer service and communication.

  Came in recently and had a really good experience thanks to Javin, one of the assistant managers. My 7:30 movie was about to start and my food still was not ready, and instead of just brushing me off, he actually took the time to help and made sure I got everything as quickly as possible so I did not miss much of the movie. That kind of customer service honestly goes a long way nowadays. While I was waiting, I also noticed him helping other guests and handling issues calmly even while the theater was busy. He had a smile the entire time even with people bombarding him. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience and is trying to make things run smoother. Definitely appreciated the extra effort and it made the visit way better than expected. I also don’t know about the Cinemark movie rewards and he helped me understand the different tier offerings.

  I bought my food and the tickets online to not queue the food had to be ready at 8 pm and it wasn't ready until 8:25 when my movie had already started I asked if they could take it to my seat so I don't miss the movie but they didn't want to he told me I had to wait for it

  I remember coming several months back just to see how hectic this place was. No help whatsoever, but during my recent visit this Saturday, a young man named Javan really stepped up and gave the best customer service experience any theater could offer. Not only was he helping the door for my elderly mother, he even helped escort her to the seat with her popcorn with a contagious smile and even made sure our cup holders were clear of any trash before having us seated. Just talking to him alone I know he is a big step up from the team that was there when I first gone. If this is the example set then this theater has my exclusive business ! 5 out of 5 stars!

  My go to movie theater. All of the seats are clean, intact, and not peeling; which is a common problem I have at other movie theaters in the Houston area. In addition to this all the seats are able to recline and have a heating function no matter which theater you're in. Huge free parking lot. Able to take in blankets and water bottles no problem. The employees are nice as well. Of I had to give one complaint it's that at peak times they should have more people on the register as the line can get pretty long. Other than that everything is really good 👍
