  Cada comentario ayuda a mejorar. Sólo 2 estrella porque para un lugar con tanta afluencia de personas y para la actividad que venden debería tener todas sus instalaciones no solamente limpias, sino con un ambiente con olor agradable, sus alfombras no han tenido el mantenimiento debido y huelle horrible. Eso es importante. Espero llegue al personal adecuado para que tomen las medidas de aseo pertinente. Gracias

  There was a girl at the register that was really really rude for absolutely no reason on 9/3/26 for our 10:30pm Buddy movie. I’m not sure why she gave me and my friend a nasty attitude when all we asked for was how big the popcorn bucket was. She was like “it’s literally right behind me you can see them there on display” with the ugliest voice. I don’t think she should be in the front if she can’t at least pretend to like her job. The movie was fire tho!

  The worst movie theater i have ever delt with...when coming in spending 100s of dollars they employees treat u like shit....i asked for popcorn to be cooked fresh without salt because of medical reasons she did absolutely opposite of what I asked because she didn't want to cook it fresh...attitude was on 10 my wife was like why is she acting like that...when it was time to get my popcorn off the line instead of giving me the fresh popcorn off the top she dug deap into the bottom and gave me the popcorn that was already sitting there..when I simply told her my medical reason...she got belligerent and started insulting me with her mannerisms and saying im not doing that ...i said mame im not asking u to put your hand in there just give me the top layer of the popcorn...ohhh she started insulting me and the other black girl jumped in and start insulting both me and my wife because my wife said he didn't have attitude he just ask for fresh off the top popcorn because of medical reason ...they both got irate for no reason then the manager Santiago came over and didn't make it any better ..first thing she said was you dont need to be talking to my employees...i said mame are you for the betterment of the company or you gone let these gurls argue with paying customers....she held up for their wrong doings and back talking and cursing at us and all...the black young lady threatened me and me and my wife saying I dont have to give you your money back I respond I'll call the police and u will give it back ...management is the worst ive ever seen in history....the young lady's at the front ticket booth were quite pleasant..but those other 2 ladies and the manager they will run this theater in the ground i tell ya...they will not get any of my money anymore....WORSE THEATER EVER....RACIST......THEY ASKED US TO LEAVE THE THEATER EVEN THO WE WERE LEAVING ANYWAY WITH THAT RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE......I COULDN'T BELIEVE THE LEVEL OF DISRESPECT THE 2 CASHIERS AND THE MANAGER SHOWED IT BLEW ME AWAY.. SAD DAY...Santiago the manager needs to be investigated because she doesn't have the best interest of the company...instead of telling the cashiers better she never resolved the issue or spoke to them to ask them not to be rude and talking crazy to the guest....she will bankrupt the company...along with rude cashiers...if u think about going here reconsider because management down to the cashiers will guarantee you a not pleasurable experience...dont go ....they turn their nose up at the black people ....i thought we bleed the same...i dont see race but this theater does.....
