  Arrived 40 minutes early. Had pre paid tickets. Smooth entry and greeter directed us to the viewing room. We wanted popcorn soe joined a moderate line. Only 3 stations open. 35 minutes later we are on our way to the viewing room. Show time was 525 pm. We walked in at 520. Suffered through 25 minutes of adds and previews. Why can't they start reviews 30 minutes prior to show time and start the movie at the advertised show time? Theater is very cold. Great news the seats are heated. Overall a good experience. Can't give 5 stars though.

  I love coming to cinemark 16. Its always clean and everything but the lines this past weekend were ridiculous with the side concessions closed. And the studio foods no longer have food worth buying. What happened to chili CHEESE dogs and CHEESE fries. This gourmet stuff is crazy. Have your gourmet food but also the simple stuff. I spent $70 for 2 lg drinks 1 med and 3 ice creams and a personal pizza. Thats insane.

  The staff doesnt manage customers very well, there are always people talking through every movie me and my family go to. Also never go to a movie in theater 1, there is a vent that rattles super loud and has been like that for months. I have let staff know everytime I go in and they say someone is going to fix it but its been a few months now. You can tell the workers dont really care about anything.
