Went to Cinemark 10/9 for a late showing (not the latest). After leaving we noticed my husband left his phone in the theater. We quickly drove back (less than 5 minutes away) and I even called as soon as we noticed (1:30 am) I’m not sure who I spoke to but they were completely rude. She kept saying nobody would be there to open the door even though there were still movies showing so workers were still inside. Once I started getting frustrated I said I was back at Cinemark to retrieve my phone to which she replied , “yeah and good luck getting in” then immediately hung up. After a worker noticed me standing outside, he immediately started to help and called his manager to check the lost and found, they even let us go inside and get the phone. I’m extremely thankful for the workers who helped without hesitation and am extremely disappointed and angry with the disrespect we received over the phone.

I saw the new Avengers movie on a Tuesday night. I had seen an advertisement online that it was bargain night but didn't expect the Avengers movie would be $6.50. but it was. It was in the high 90s outside but the theater was chilly enough that I turned on the electric seat warmer on the overstuffed, comfy, reclining chair. The only thing I'd change would be that the mini table doesn't fold under or into the seat. So it is a slight distraction from the movie. It's also a constant reminder that the lobby has a small food court and I didn't even get popcorn to put on the little table. Their food choices looks tasty but I didn't try anything. Maybe next time! Tuesday night in Harlingen heat makes it worth the $6.50 just for the AC and comfortable seats!

Average price for a theater tickets, Seats are very comfortable and luxurious, would have given it a five-star except for the concessions are WAY too expensive, the popcorn is the same price as a nice steak dinner.
