  I’ve enjoyed coming here since it open and seen just about every new movie that has came out since than and the staff has been friendly and helpful but my last visit non theater side was kind of bad as I went with some friends we went to eat before going to see the movie (the other mommy) it’s took us over 30mins just for someone to take our order after sitting.. had to ask a employee if we could get someone help which I don’t think it should have been like that but besides that one little experience I had an overall good time going here

  I had a fantastic experience at Gamescape by Cinemark! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the entire visit enjoyable. The food was delicious and well-prepared, and the overall cleanliness of the facility was impressive. The theaters and surrounding areas were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I also want to give special recognition to the security officer. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and commitment to keeping guests safe really stood out. It was reassuring to see such outstanding security and a strong focus on guest safety. Overall, Gamescape by Cinemark provides a great combination of excellent customer service, good food, clean theaters, and outstanding safety. I highly recommend visiting and will definitely be coming back!

  Gamescaoe is great for just about anything. The restaurant has great food, the arcade has something for everyone, and the movies & concession are great as well. The seat regular seats are heated, have a tray & can recline. You can order food from the restaurant at the concession to be delivered to you in your movie. If your looking for a fun place to go in Greenville, Gamescape is a good place to go

  Harassed by a staff member with a gun while on a date. Extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience. My girlfriend and I came here for a date night, rented a lane, ordered food, and spent nearly $100. Aside from the bowling being grossly overpriced and the food mediocre, what ruined the entire night was the blatant harassment from their armed security. At 12:30 AM—30 minutes before closing—an armed guard came down to our lane (which was completely empty except for us) to tell us they were closing the bowling area and moving people to the bar. Instead of leaving it at that or having a regular staff member handle it politely, he began interrogating us, questioning if we were together and singling out my girlfriend to ask if she was "okay." When we asked what the issue was, he actually tried to claim we were acting suspicious because we had been sitting quietly and "only drinking water." Which is completely ridiculous to frame drinking water and enjoying a night out as suspicious behavior. The man was a young Hispanic gentleman and his behavior is wildly inappropriate, and I don’t know why he felt the need to have a power trip and interrogate an adult couple enjoying a night out. Keep in mind, I am a CDL holder and do not consume alcohol for religious purposes, so I only consumer water, or Coke Zero occasionally. Neither of us drinks alcohol, and insinuating that sober patrons minding their own business in an unoccupied bowling alley that we paid for is "suspicious" is absurd. He then proceeded to follow us all the way to the counter while we returned our shoes, continuing to press and question us. Having a guy with a gun intimidate and interrogate paying customers who are simply enjoying a quiet night out is completely unacceptable and wildly unprofessional. Whoever the young Hispanic man with a gun is, he needs to learn professionalism, and quit with the ego fueled power trips. Never in my life have I been harassed by a man with a gun while enjoying a night out with my girlfriend. This was one of the most bizarre experiences of my life.

  We had such a great time at Gamescape! 🎳 If you’re bowling, Hyper Bowl is a MUST! I love that they offer so many different bowling games beyond traditional bowling. Hyper Bowl was definitely a favorite and I highly recommend trying it! The food was SO good too! We had the sliders, pizza, and quesadillas, and I would recommend all three. 😋 The entire building was clean, fresh, and even still smelled new! There’s so much to do, and the games were a blast. My group especially loved laser tag. I’ve never played laser tag that also tracks your steps, which was such a cool feature! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. I also heard they’re hiring, and honestly, it looks like it would be such a fun place to work! I highly recommend Gamescape for families with kids, date nights, group outings, or even just because you’re looking for something fun to do. We had a blast and will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
