    One of my favorite theaters to watch movies. The screens are really good, the sound quality is great, and the overall experience is always enjoyable. The theater is clean, comfortable, and has a nice atmosphere. I’ve watched several movies here and have always had a good experience. Definitely my go-to theater whenever I want to catch a movie. 🍿🎬😊

    I’d like to shout out the assistant manager, Austin for his help today. One of the members of my party was on a cane and nervous about going up all the steps in the theater and without hesitation he asked if she was comfortable using the elevator for assistance getting to her seat. He then returned at the end of our movie to escort her back down. Thank you so much for your help today, Austin. It did not go unnoticed!

    I am extremely disappointed by the experience my family and I had at Cinemark Grapevine, specifically with an associate named Niko. My wife and I came to Cinemark looking forward to enjoying a movie and spending quality time together during an otherwise busy period in our lives. Unfortunately, before we could even settle in and relax, our experience was negatively impacted by the way we were treated. I approached Niko with a simple question regarding food I had ordered through the app. Rather than listening to my question or attempting to assist, Niko appeared dismissive, responded with sarcasm, and laughed in a manner that felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I was left feeling brushed aside rather than helped. When my wife later approached Niko to request a manager and explain our concerns, the response we received conveyed complete indifference. There was no attempt to understand the issue, offer assistance, or demonstrate basic customer care. Cinemark has built a reputation as one of the best places in the country to enjoy a movie-going experience, which is why this interaction was particularly disappointing. A great customer experience is not defined only by the theaters, technology, or amenities but also shaped by how guests are treated. Unfortunately, the behavior we encountered from Niko fell far below the level of professionalism, respect, and courtesy that customers should reasonably expect. All it takes is a little compassion, patience, and respect when interacting with guests. I hope management addresses this matter and reinforces the importance of treating customers with dignity, because interactions like this can overshadow what should otherwise be an enjoyable and memorable experience.

    The theater was clean and the chairs were very comfortable. All staff members I interacted with at the box office, concession stand, and at the podium where they scan the tickets were polite, professional, and welcoming. They also had great concessions including hot personal pizzas. Lastly there was plenty of parking within a reasonable walking diatance to the theater. Highly recommend this establishment.

    I've been a Cinemark Movie Club member for almost two years and typically watch at least two movies every month, so I visit Cinemark Grapevine regularly and have generally had good experiences. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was very disappointing. Last week, I paid about $35 to watch *Peddi* with a group of seven friends in an XD auditorium. Throughout the movie, the screen appeared to be waving or rippling from the bottom, which was extremely distracting and negatively affected the viewing experience. This wasn't a minor issue—it was noticeable during much of the film and made it difficult to stay immersed. I informed the staff about the problem during the first half of the movie, expecting that someone would investigate or provide an update. However, the staff seemed completely unaware of the issue, and as far as I could tell, no action was taken for the remainder of the screening. There was no follow-up, explanation, or attempt to address the concern. As a loyal customer who has supported Cinemark for years, I was disappointed by both the technical problem and the lack of response from the theater staff. For a premium XD experience, customers should expect properly maintained equipment and prompt attention when issues are reported. I've attached photos and videos showing the screen problem. I hope management reviews them and takes steps to prevent this from happening to future guests.
