  I love this theater. I ride my bike here to watch whatever the latest horror film is at least once a week and I've never found reason to complain. the food is good, the place/bathrooms are clean. Lots of the employees seem to be happy to be there. And on occasion they wont give you too much hassle if you bring your own bag of chips. 10/10

  If you have autistic children this isn’t the theater for you. They are extremely loud through the previews and all. When asked if the volume could be adjusted they said after the previews the movie would be at a regular volume. Absolutely not. It was loud for me and I’m not autistic. I’ve never been here so I’m not sad that we won’t be coming back. If I could add the recording of how loud it was to this review I would. I’m not autistic and that place was extremely loud for me.

  First off, the seats were clean and comfortable! Other than that, the manager and staff don't care about cleanliness?! The floor had a film of grease, probably from traces of buttered popcorn. The person receiving the tickets doesn't care either. Stays seated the entire time, no effort to pickup a broom or run the vacuum in her area. The trash can are so full too. I can't imagine how these ppl live at home. Work ethic is trash, not sure why they're still there. As a business owner myself, ppl who don't want to work need to stay home! Seems like a teenager mindset to me. I saw an older lady cleaning the bathroom because it was filthy walking in. Everyone should be cleaning, its typically listed under "other duties as assigned" No way this place should be this dirty.

  My wife and I come here regularly and have the cinemark membership. We always have a great time. Staff is polite and helpful. I wish the bathrooms could be a little bit cleaner, but it’s only been a little rough during big movie premieres. Printing out our tickets at the kiosks always makes the check-in a breeze. Highly recommend.

  Made us get up and take all of our stuff out of the theater 10 minutes before the movie was supposed to start to sweep, movie started late, person next to me literally had a 5 minute conversation on speaker phone, not really the theaters fault but they did nothing about it, it was absolutely hot as hell inside like it felt like the ac wasnt on or it was off and the screen kept flashing green every 5 to 10 minutes, customer service at concessions was good but everything else ultimately made it an unpleasant experience
