  This was the 1st time we have every been here and it was very enjoyable for our family of 4 (husband, wife, son -12, daughter -9). Ask 4 employees were very friendly and helpful. Aillaria gave great instructions, Cayden played a roll the dice game when we had a wait during the mini-golf, Shay gave us our equipment and allowed us to choose the color of ball we all wanted, and Anabelle took our family photo and showed me the brochures to grab on our way out. The atmosphere was pleasant and entertaining. Never been to a place like this before... We will definitely be back!

  Went for my son's birthday, Perfect for the occasion. Great prices, games, and prizes. Good music playing. Staff was amazing. Course was really good. Umbrella stroller accessable was very helpful for the littles.

  We brought our grandsons today and it was honestly one of the best times we have had there! Santiago was a sweetheart and gave me a free play card for the boys to use in the future. The music was great and the games were fun! Cayden is so patient and sweet with kids as they ponder what treasures they want for their points! All around great afternoon! We"ll be back!

  Great place to enjoy family time with plenty of things to do for everyone. The combo options were a great choice for little kids since they walk through the arcade games. From the second we walked in everyone was so helpful and welcoming. It was very clean inside and the employees kept everything running smoothly. I want to give a huge shout out to Shay, Caden and Connor. Even with a steady amount of customers, it felt like we were getting genuine attention from all of them. Shay from the start made the experience so much more better by how friendly she was. Caden was so good with the kids and patient while they picked out the prizes they wanted. Connor was quick to help us when we needed an employee at the mini bowling area. Overall great customer service, prices were reasonable and being inside (having fun) was a plus!!!

  Edit: Thank you for your quick response. I want to reiterate that my review is strictly about the way I was treated during my visit. I do not vape, and I did not vape in your establishment, so that portion of your response does not address the concern I raised. I entered your establishment wearing a tank top, selected the package I wanted to play, and began my game. I was wearing the same clothing throughout that entire process. There was no malfunction with my clothing, nor did my attire change after I entered the building. If there was a concern about my clothing, it should have been addressed before I was allowed to purchase a package and begin playing. What I found particularly inappropriate was the way your employee chose to handle the situation. Rather than respectfully addressing me directly, he approached another person and made a comment about my body and what I supposedly needed to do. Having someone speak about my body to another person, rather than speaking to me directly and respectfully, was humiliating and unnecessary. As a Black woman, I am very familiar with the experience of being scrutinized, singled out, or made to feel as though my appearance is somehow a problem that needs to be managed. That is why the manner in which this situation was handled was especially upsetting to me. I should not have to explain why being approached in the middle of a game, in front of others, because of my body or clothing was uncomfortable and disrespectful. When I became aware of what had been said and asked the employee why, I was told that this was a kids' establishment. However, your website states that you welcome all ages and even promotes date nights. If there is a specific dress code or standard that guests are expected to follow, then that should be clearly communicated before a customer spends money, enters the gaming area, and begins their experience. I understand that you believe the situation was handled appropriately, but I respectfully disagree. In my opinion, the appropriate way to handle a dress-code concern would have been to communicate that expectation to me before I purchased a package or, at the very least, to address me directly in a respectful and professional manner. My concern is not simply that an employee spoke to me about my clothing. It is the way he chose to do it. His approach made me feel singled out, embarrassed, and disrespected when I had done nothing to warrant that treatment. I hope you will take this feedback seriously. Your employees represent your establishment, and in a family-friendly gaming environment that advertises itself as welcoming to everyone, customers should be approached with courtesy, professionalism, and respect. I would strongly encourage this employee to work on his tone and his approach when addressing guests. There is a significant difference between enforcing a policy and making a customer feel uncomfortable in their own skin. Do not come here if you want to enjoy yourself. Today I received Terrible service, the host was being very rude and I hate to say it but being racist towards me and my friend. I had a cute tank top on because it's early August and 99 degrees outside and he got up close with my friend telling them I need to cover up after already being there for a good amount of time played 4-5 games and purchasing their package. That is extremely sad considering I came here for my birthday while enjoying my stay in Texas, this experience has been very traumatic to me due to how this man has handled the situation and the way he commented on my body unprovoked. After almost an hour of being there you wait to say I need to cover up and didn't even address the problem to me. I hope this man is fired and gets mental help and wake up. Just because I'm a black women doesn't make it right to treat me this way. I want this to be taken seriously. No where in the policy it says you can't wear a tank top. He refused to give a refund but had the audacity to comment on what a young lady does with her body.
