  I was having a miserable week and just wanted a well done burger with my movie since pink makes me nauseous. Apparently you cannot request the temp of meat you want because their patties are frozen? I settled for obvious frozen chicken tenders reheated. I think the quality of service and food has gone down hill. Their menu use to be innovative and now it's just reheated garbage. Please post the 1800 number so I can call corporate to inform them about this location.

  I bought a gift card special that included a $10 free gift card. Jordan was our server and she asked me to come out of the theater to use it. It still did not work. I had this problem before with their special. Instead of honoring the $10 gift card they made my dad pay full price. Your job is to make customers happy and serve them. Not scam them to get them to buy a gift card and not honor the $10 one you get free! Sean gamble needs to get on top of things. At Cinepolis they fix the problems. It’s only $10 but they lost a customer now. Cinepolis is much better. She called and asked for a manger but it seems the manager was not interested in coming. She tried her tablet and the computer outside the theater. Last time i will visit cinemark. They should fix problems when they occur. Not by having the customer call them or contact them again.

  Good food options and great friendly service. The only thing I found a little annoying is that during the movie you smell all sorts of food and some have a strong smell.

  Gabriella is the most amazing employee this establishment could ever have. Not only is she absolutely beautiful but she has the kindest soul ever. Came 35 mins away for the lightning mcqueen popcorn bucket and she gave the best energy ever, sent us with popcorn and all! Promote her give her a raise! She is truly the absolute best

  Better than watching at home! The Cut, is a cut above any other theatre I have been to; I have been to many, in several other states and north Texas. The quality of the sound and film is excellent. The best part of the CUT, is the staff. They all could teach a master class in customer service. We sometimes come just because we love how well we are all treated here. Also, the seats are so comfortable. The theater is clean with no sticky floors and the bathrooms spotless. The food is on par. We look forward to seeing movies here!!!!
