- EOEman & Emmie Omoye3 days ago1.0Went to the movies today and arrived at 7:58 to see a movie in theater four and it was booked so we had to sit in the first row near the screen row a and while we were there waiting, we hit the button and none of the servers came over and took our order. Nobody checked up on us nobody decided to make sure we had anything. We sat there for over 30 to 40 minutes waiting for someone to come over to us so I had to get up in the middle of the movie and go find the manager and when I spoke to the manager, I felt like he just kind of wanted to like in the situation and not really taking out time to fix the situation. I did get a refund however I ended up leaving because I just felt like I spent more time arguing with the manager, then getting my food, which was the primary reason I even came to the place very poor service very poor empathy from staff and management and I will never come back

I asked if I could sub it for different sauce and they wanted to charge. The sauces are exactly the same price. Shocked face! Some business decisions are basic.. talk to Chick fil a about their profit margins and business model. Somethings are not worth losing customers over and this is one. A 1:1 sauce sub is basic business. Struggling to decide if I ever want to order food from here again. Shame.

The atmosphere was inviting, the production was engaging, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. It was a great way to spend quality time together, and I would definitely return for another show.
