My group had a good time doing two of the rooms here. If you book one, you can get a discount off another room, so we ended up doing Time Machine and Wild West. The time machine room had some confusion because there is a mechanism you need to do to solve part of the room again and again with toast, but exactly how to do so led to some misunderstanding and time lost, we did not escape đ. The Wild West room was pretty satisfying though there seems to be a glitch with one of the barrel wires that we had to try again and again. It seems like it's just an issue with the device, and it would have been nice if a game master noticed and just messaged us that it should be working, but we just tried it in a loop. Still escaped with 10 min left!

Took my family of four here and we had an absolute blast! Red Door is fantastic. We tackled the "Time Machine" room first, and let me tell youâit is no joke! It really challenged us but was incredibly rewarding. We also did the "Fair Game" room and had a ton of fun with it. Gabby and Emily were great, the puzzles were well-designed, and it was the perfect family outing. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

We played the casino heist game, it was fun and relatively challenging, I do recommend it!
HOWEVER there is a plastic key in the game to be used at the end, which you get in the beginning and in the middle there is another keyhole (which isnât part of the game) that this key fits into and looks as though it supposed to be used there, but itâs NOT and the key breaks and you have to pay $25 for it. The issue here is this apparently happens often and to many other people, so much so they have replacements and had ran out of them. so it seems a bit ridiculous to have not covered or blocked this other key hole since it is a known problem and you keep charging people to replace a little plastic key that you know is a issue instead of plugging the other key hole or covering it with a sticker or something

Our group of 5 showed up on time, we were given name tags and we were ready to play the game show game. The guy at the counter called back two groups. We waited for our turn. We could hear they had started. Then another employee came and asked us if everything was alright. We said we were waiting for our turn. She was confused and went to speak to the first guy. Then she told us we could join the game at that time. They had obviously forgotten us. They took on us in the room and had to move people off of the buzzers to make room and told us to split up. Not what we wanted to do. We had missed the intro to the game and the division of teams. It was incredibly uncomfortable. I chose to take my husband and son and leave. The girl at the counter said we could call the manager, but he wasnât there at the time. She gave us a card but the number just goes back to the location. She said they could give us a 20% store credit. No, we didnât get to play, they forgot us in the lobby, and thought we could just scoot in after the game started. They need to refund the entire price.

I had a great time with Fair Game. I had done Wild West before and it was a blast! Our Game Master for Fair Game was great and very entertaining. I believe her name was Ariana. She was welcoming and always wore a smile. The only reason this isnât a 5 star review is because of a few issues we had with the escape room itself.
Spoilers ahead! If you plan on doing the Fair Game room, donât read!
I am listing the issues by clue and room order, not in the order of the problems we had the most trouble with.
In the first room, thereâs a set of boxes with sticks that you use to drop the ball down. In order to see inside the box, you have to use a flashlight. Well, the flashlightâs batteries were basically dead so we couldnât see half the time inside the box to get the ball for the next room. Which is an easy fix, just change the batteries.
In the second room, there are several carnival games to play. All were a ton of fun to play except for one. There is a game where you put a small ping pong ball in a box and carry it using two ropes across the obstacle course to get a key for the clown chest in the final room. Iâm not sure how it happened, but there is a giant hole in the back of the box where there is supposed to be a fabric net to help you win the game. Iâm not sure if it was made to have that hole or if itâs just wear and tear of the room being used so many times. But because of that hole, we spent a lot more time on the game than we wish we had. We gave up on it several times due to this problem.
Then in the final room, there were a lot of clues that didnât quite lead us where we needed to go.
The first was the birds in the cages. Youâre supposed to match the order of the birds of the second room to get a code. Our problem was the ring that lifted with the string didnât actually work the way it was intended. The metal square was landing on the 5 instead of the 6 for the lock.
The second was the batons. The batons are painted to match the mimes. I donât know if wear and tear got to this one too, but the batons did not actually match the mimes and we had to guess which ones went where.
And lastly was the final clue to exit the room. Before we enter the room, our Game Master told us a single sentence that weâre supposed to remember. An hour later, we were supposed to remember what she said in order to solve the last clue and open the door. I canât even remember what I ate for breakfast an hour after I eat! đ I personally believe it would be easier and make more sense if maybe that sentence was written on a paper you find with other clues. They had several other paper clues within the room, so it wouldnât necessarily clash with the style of the room. Itâs just an impossible outcome unless you have an insane memory to catch on to just how important her sentence is before she continues to instruct you on other things.
Also, the theming couldâve been better for the last room. It just felt kinda disjointed from the big top opening and carnival games to suddenly be in basically a blank room with a random dresser. It wasnât until after I was done with the escape room that I realized it was probably a magicianâs locker room of sorts. It ruined the âcarnival-circusâ feel all together for me.
All that said, I still had an amazing time! I hope many more people will be encouraged to come to Red Door and enjoy it as much as I did!
