  I appreciated the offering of adult beverages. The seats were really comfortable but kind of worn out looking. The lobby was pretty dirty.

  Even though the mall has been deteriorating this is the one theatre we still come to and may be the only thing keeping this place open

  My experience at the Cinemark Rave in Ridgmar mall was great! The employees were very helpful with helping me a buy a ticket for the movies and at the concession stand with making the best and most reasonable purchase on popcorn and drinks!! Very comfortable and clean seating in the theater!!

  This theatre is pretty good. The chairs are comfortable and usually recline. The concession line usually isn’t too long. However, there isn’t an IMAX screen and it’s not the nicest theatre ever. It’s a little older and in a dead mall. The popcorn quality also varies. Sometimes it’s really good, but other times it’s a little stale.

  Extremely disappointed with how my husband and I were treated today. My husband (31) and I (30) went to go see backrooms. I did not bring my wallet in as we had already bought tickets at home. The GM Colton refused us entry because I didn’t have my ID on me. My husband showed his but that was not sufficient enough. HES 31. Never in my LIFE have I had an experience like that. Why did he need both of our IDS?? This was the theaters rule but it is not a corporate wide rule. I’ve never had an issue like this at a cinemark. We left and went to an AMC. Where we were treated with politeness and respect. I will stick with movie taverns and amcs from now on.
