  I like there's a person working behind the counter, and that they get my tips, should I so choose to tip. Person behind the counter has been attentive, and quick to serve. Theater is pretty clean, seating is pretty nice, imo.

  Outstanding movie theater. If the owner sees this post it would be greatly appreciated if you could open another fort worth location by this one because of the mall closure. Lots of regulars like myself would be happy to support it. Outstanding theater! Clean, great food/snacks and amazing atmosphere.

  Theater is clean and staff is friendly. I give it 4 because the food is super old and not fresh. There isnt a large selection either for actual food .

  I just had the worse experience by far and I’ve been to this theatre over 100 times before. I am a 31-year-old adult. I attempted to attend an R-rated film with my 15-year-old stepdaughter. I dealt with the manager Robin Cox the entire time. Per Cinemark's official corporate policy, guests under 17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is 21 or older. I presented my physical photo ID, and the manager explicitly confirmed that she saw my ID and verified that I am 31 years old. Despite verifying that I met the age requirement, the manager denied us entry. She stated that because I look young and used the word "guardian" instead of "stepdad," she was enforcing her own "personal policy." She then demanded that I physically log into my 15-year-old stepdaughter's private school portal which she said is “public information” to show her school "pickup list" to prove my custody status. She said that if I “can’t” pick her up from school then I can’t watch this movie with her. She said my stepdaughters “mom” could come watch the whole movie with her, I get could a refund or change tickets. We ended up leaving and waited for my wife (the child's biological mother) to talk to the manager and she refused to back down. The manager explicitly admitted that if I had just “said” I was her "dad," she would have let us in without question. This basically contradicts everything she had already told me. My wife even asked to see the policy and she kept directing her to the sign. Then why wife asked “no, where is the policy that shows we need to show you my child’s school pickup list?” And the manager said she wouldn’t see that as that’s how SHE handled these situations. A movie theater manager has absolutely no corporate authority to invent "personal policies" or demand access to a minor's confidential educational records. I was profiled because I look young, despite presenting legal government ID proving I am 31. It was embarrassing not being able to take my stepdaughter to see a movie without having to PHYSICALLY show proof of who I am to her and basically my custody status. I already submitted this to corporate and expect something to be done.
