  Customer service at this place is horrible. We got a popcorn at 9:15 for an early movie, and it tasted stale and old! Like it was from yesterday. We waited until after the movie to ask for a refund, and because we didn't MISS our movie to ask for a refund, they wouldn't refund the measly what, 8 dollars? Absurd.

  This place is a huge rip-off. My family and I spent nearly $200 between tickets and snacks. The theater itself was dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned, as you can see from the photos. We paid almost $100 just for tickets, then another $86 for snacks. $8 for a bag of Sour Patch Kids is ridiculous, and $32 for four large drinks is crazy. To make it worse, all of the soda was flat and tasted like carbonated water. I honestly don’t understand how people can justify paying these prices. For nearly $200, I could have taken my family somewhere much nicer and had a much better experience. Between the outrageous concession prices, flat drinks, and dirty theater, it simply wasn’t worth the money. UPDATE They comment and tell you to call them or go online and yet when you do that no one answers and then the automated AI they use “poopy” said they will call you back. They don’t care about their customers or making it right.
