  My grandkids and I did 3 rooms last night for my birthday. We escaped all 3! It was the funest night ever! ♥

  My husband, 10-year-old, and I had a blast in the Confinement Room! The guy who checked us in (we didn't catch his name) was super friendly and helped us choose the room that was right for us. Ruben was great at creating anticipation before we entered, and the hints he provided were just what we needed to escape. He made sure we knew which escape rooms were next if we were planning on coming back and congratulated my son on his puzzle solving skills. We'll definitely be back and will highly recommend it to all of our friends!

  It was a pretty bad experience. I went with my whole family and some friends that had never done an escape room (8 people total) and we had an hour to get through all 3 rooms. While in the first room, the door to the last room was unlocked and we went in thinking that was the second room. An employee then came in and told us we weren’t supposed to be in there yet, but it was open. Once we made it to the second room, we found some keys on the floor right away. This key unlocked the third room. We entered the third room and again an employee came in to tell us we weren't supposed to be in there yet. We didn’t get to solve anything in the second room because so many things were already done or opened. A cabinet was open with puzzle pieces which was not supposed to be till much later. We found another loose key which unlocked the sword. When we decided to go into the final room, a vent was open with a card that had the combination to escape. We still had 30min left in our experience when we had the combination. At that point with 30min left we decided to try and solve whatever we could despite so many things already being solved. It wasn’t till a third employee came in trying to explain a certain problem to us and when he asked us how we managed to get that far without solving certain things first, we explained all the things that were already open and how we had seen things were already solved before we even entered the rooms. He apologized for that. Once we were leaving, they gave us 2 free buddy passes for the inconvenience. Only 2 passes when we took 8 people! The price was over $200 for our experience to be pretty much solved before we got in and to only get 2 free passes?? We all can’t even go again to make up for that. It was a really bad experience overall and not the experience some of our first timers wanted.
