Not ideal to see a movie in XD at this location if you have toddlers. We went to see Toy Story 5 yesterday, and the view was horrible due to the seat dividers in front of us. Overall, not a great experience; my toddlers saw half the screen.

I used to come to this theater all the time, but haven't in awhile. Its gonna down hill. The first thing that really ruined it for me was the fact that there is a railing that obscures the screen. It on every row so if you're a short person, you get the joy of having it in your way the whole film. Then came the deliveries mid show. The poor works have to go seat by seat looking for the person who ordered food. They have to get in your way and they break up the experience. It's especially bad when they have multiple orders.
I could talk about the lack of movie etiquette, too, but that's not the workers fault. People take their phones out mid show and talk non stop. My screening was particularly packed.
Cinemark, drop the rails. Those are horrible. And figure out a better delivery system.

Last Saturday, June 13, 2026 I attended the LIVE concert from BTS Busan concert and found the quality of screening to be poor in showing of a small screen which cost me $36.00 to buy my ticket through Fandango.
Once I enter the Cinemark West, a group of ARMIES were there to greet me with open arms awaiting to what would happen next when I proceeded to the Concession counter.
As I was placing my order with the ๐ฉ attendent, I was told the the BTS ๐ชฃ
and soft๐ง drink merchandise was SOLD OUT two weeks ago prior to the Live concert I attend on Saturday.
I was very ๐ต sadden that Cinemark didn't take the initiative to sell BTS merchandise when loads of Armies ๐จโ๐ฆฑ๐ง๐ฉโ๐ฆฐ๐ฑ๐จ๐จโ๐ฆฐ where there to see their their Favorite group perform once again in their hometown and Celebrate their 13th year ANNIVERSARY and so ๐๐๐๐ to their Beloved Fan Base!
Hopefully, when BTS Live concert showing comes again on Saturday, October 24, 2026 it will be shown at the Premiere or Alamo theaters in El Paso, Texas!

My son and I drove from Las Cruces to experience a better theater, only to discover that Cinemark is worse. My biggest gripe is that, when you sit down, there is a railing on the row in front of you, cutting your view of the bottom eighth of the screen. Very annoying. I'm surprised evryone just accepts it as normal, given the high price of the tickets.
