Don’t allow strollers in the theater. We came at 11 on a weekday so we know the theater was Dead, there were hardly any cars parked etc..we went and got a refund after the teenager with pimple patches told us no strollers when we were about to buy popcorn and drinks etc. The only way we can watch a movie is if we keep our toddler in her stroller… she will sleeps through the movie that way. And have had no issues at other theaters doing this.

Unbelievable! Went to the movies and were sold a ticket to the wrong movie, and by the time we realized it our movie was too advanced to watch. Really??!?!? We wasted our afternoon because of someone's incompetence. Train your people better.

The Dbox seats make this place worth while! I’d recommend getting the Cinemark membership as it pays for itself and you get a discount off concessions as well.

False advertising. Bring your own bucket is false advertising. When I got there they said that it was $5 for two large popcorns. I even showed them the advertisement but they didn’t care. I will never return to this worthless place ever again.
