  Wonderfully surprised, great selection of things to eat and drink. The auditorium for the movie we saw was clean and comfortable, had a really nice time there.

  Had an overall great experience. The employee in the restaurant, layla was very kind and helpful with the menu and the food came out great! thank you for this experience will be returning soon!

  We arrived to our showing got our snacks and as we are walking by the restrooms to our screening, they are cleaning the carpet and it is all blocked off while it’s being cleaned. Fast forward end of showing the restrooms are no longer blocked off. One wet floor sign way in the back. As we get to the restrooms, a lady almost falls from the wet carpet as it goes from carpet to tile. Husband remembers “oh shoot they just cleaned the carpet let’s go the other way”, mind you, a gentleman has already fallen by the men’s restroom. Husband turns around to go another route, but he falls on tile towards concession stand. I was in the restroom so I come out to find him being helped up by another man (thankfully). I go call for a manager and she takes her sweet time. No sense of urgency, takes our info and offers an ambulance and just continues to be like whatever. The staff steps in to put up barriers again. But mind you we saw another 2-3 people fall and they said nothing. WTH. When I ask the manager why would you remove the barriers, she states oh it was the cleaning guy and he just left and removed them. Ma’am you are in charge of this theatre, what do you mean he just left and you didn’t think to keep it blocked off and avoid these incidents. I asked for her business card, but she declined and states I don’t have one. Her name is Joanna Vasquez by the way. Okay you are very helpful (not)! She offers to get the general manager but states I don’t believe he is here any longer. So why offer?! Then she states she will follow up with us tomorrow. Have some decency and humanity lady.   I was very disappointed with my experience. The greeter was unfriendly, the hallway and restrooms were dirty and poorly maintained, and the restrooms had scattered paper towels and clogged toilets. The concession staff appeared inattentive. My Coke and replacement Coke Zero were both flat, and I received a Diet Coke instead. The popcorn was burnt, and the concession area was dirty. Overall, the poor service, cleanliness, food quality, and maintenance significantly affected my experience. I hope management addresses these issues.

  The movie itself was great, but the overall experience was really disappointing. This was supposed to be a fun surprise for my kids after a hard week, and we paid an extra $54 for food and seat delivery. Our order arrived about 20 minutes late, and only after I texted to ask where it was. When it finally arrived, the mozzarella sticks were cold and rubbery, the chicken tasted off, and even my daughter, who loves pizza, said hers tasted strange. One of the sodas was mixed so badly it was basically just carbonated water another had no ice (we did not order no ice), and the popcorn barely had any butter. On top of that, my seat was broken, so even the theater experience itself wasn’t what it should have been. For an extra $54, I expected much better food quality, service, and basic upkeep. The movie was cute and the kids still had fun, but I would absolutely skip the food delivery next time.
