  Went to go see Michael last night, everything was great until we got into the theater. It was super hot! Mind you it was like about 103 outside so it felt like 95 inside. I went and asked a staff member if they could do anything about the AC and the respond I got was, "We are having some issues if u want you can ask the front for ur refund or give you a voucher for another day," as he walked away. I didn't have another choice but to stay since I had traveled from the westside of El Paso to the Eastside to watch the movie, since the other theaters didn't have the time we wanted. It was very uncomfortable, the seats are leather n it was a small theater so it was pretty hot. I suggest checking if the AC works in all the theaters before making it available so nobody has this experience like we did.

  Went to a 10:40 show on a Saturday. Looks like no one actually ate the popcorn they bought as it was all I the chairs and all over the floor. Looks like the cleaning crew gets of at 9 p.m. Only place this film is showing in town so I have deal with. What a shame to see how a once great place has fallen.

  I used to love this theater. It used to be well run, and I had many enjoyable experiences there. That was then, and now I'd love to give this place zero stars. I tried to watch Scary Movie with my wife this morning. We wanted to enjoy some snacks while watching the movie, but the line was the length of an amusement park's popular ride. There were only two employees working at the concession stand while there were at least two managers walking around holding clipboards and entering and exiting closed doors. When my wife went to use the restroom, she found out that there were other concession stands near the theaters. Instead of entering and exiting closed doors, the managers should've communicated to their customers that other concession stands were open. The movie had already started, so my wife and I got a refund because we had already missed part of the movie. It would behoove the owners to fire every single manager because they don't know how to run what used to be an amazing movie theater. I will never return to Tinseltown. The current management is going to make this company lose a lot of money.

  My family and i love watching movies here and we do as ofte as we can but when the lovely heat of el paso comes around every year, they dont turn on the AC in the theater, and it gets just hot enough to be uncomfortable, and if you wear shorts you'll be stuck to seat after a while.

  Sitting here writing this review while the movie I paid for is on. Unfortunately i have no idea what's going cause I waited over 35 minutes in line to get a drink and popcorn. Make sure you come at least an hour early or order online before cause the slow workers will make you late to your movie!!! Everyone in line was visibly frustrated. I dont write reviews unless im really upset, and for how much movies cost nowadays I expect at least to not have to wait so long in line for snacks. Never coming back to this theater.
