- EMEddie Martin5 days ago5.0Love the place, the customer service is really good especially since we had shown up to the wrong theater for our movie, the two kind woman at the front desk helped us out in such a good manner with our tickets for this theater and were able to get us another show time with no faults or any inconvenience. Highly recommend this Cinemark specifically. Shoutout to the customer service all around

However we realized we picked the wrong time and the front box person advised us to go to the Montana theater since they had another showing. We drive there and were told they don’t honor tickets. However, Lucy and Priscilla from Cinemark Montana were so professional and explained how that wasn’t their policy. They were very apologetic about the situation and still managed to help us and get us into the theater. They were so kind and sweet and went out of their way to fix the mistake of another theater. They refilled our popcorn, let us get a free candy -!: provided us with guest passes due to the inconvenience we had experienced. They’re amazing and really showed customer service! Definitely choosing Montana theater moving fwd! Thank you girls!🤍
