  Seats not reclining; very uncomfortable experience watching a movie sitting up. Not the first time. Theatre needs to be up kept. Switching locations to relax and watch a movie.

  As a movie club member of Cinemark for the past 7 some years I have to say that every time we come to this theater, which is rare because we usually go to the Tinseltown Cinemark, there seems to be always an issue. Today it was with our seats being out of service. Staff was unable to accommodate us for the 3:15 showing because it was close to capacity, however the person “helping” us didn’t even really offer us a refund until I mentioned it. At least offer us some movie vouchers. I can’t believe we even had to bargain for a refund for a movie we weren’t even going to see. This was just a bad experience.

  It was very hot in the theater. Very uncomfortable. I was literally sweating 😓
