  I was upsold on concessions by being told there was a refill. However the concession stand closed soon after preventing me from getting the refill. I was not given what I purchased. Customer care was not helpful in resolving the issue. They only gave me some rewards points that was even close to the value of what I lost.

  Pretty good experience I really like the one at las palmas but this one is just as good I would recommend it here too

  As a movie club member of Cinemark for the past 7 some years I have to say that every time we come to this theater, which is rare because we usually go to the Tinseltown Cinemark, there seems to be always an issue. Today it was with our seats being out of service. Staff was unable to accommodate us for the 3:15 showing because it was close to capacity, however the person “helping” us didn’t even really offer us a refund until I mentioned it. At least offer us some movie vouchers. I can’t believe we even had to bargain for a refund for a movie we weren’t even going to see. This was just a bad experience.
