  I could give no stars at all to this place… I came to visit my kids and grandkids from Houston… I was going to watch a movie with them, I got here a little late. Tried to buy my ticket cause they’re inside already… they didn’t let me buy it and go in.. by manager & general manager, that I had to buy the 4:30 and go watch the 4:30 Michael Jackson movie… for me it was not the movie, it was spending time with my kids… I told them there was an empty seat right next to them … they said they couldn’t sell it cause I could take a space from someone that could buy it.. I said I can pay for that seat… and they said no… 🤦🏻‍♀️💔 at the end Eagle Pass 💔

  Poor communication of employees and management. Try to watch a movie with my family including my daughter. Called 10 min before the movie start and the employee over the phone confirmed I could take my daughter to the movie. Once I get there I was refused to go into the movie and I had already bought the tickets. Worst thing is the manager there never said sorry for the inconvenience. Poor management and poor communication.

  I was refused service and told my movie credits were worthless. I was denied the opportunity to speak with a manager. The cashier was dismissive and unhelpful. If you don't want me in your business just tell me. The disrespect I get here just gets worse every time.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Cinemark location. I attempted to use a coupon that was listed on the official Cinemark website, but the manager on duty accused me of trying to use a fake coupon and immediately became argumentative. What was most concerning was that the manager threatened to call the police if I attempted to use the coupon again. This response was completely inappropriate and escalated a situation that could have been handled calmly and professionally. If the coupon was not valid, that could have been explained respectfully. Instead, I was treated rudely and made to feel uncomfortable. As a frequent customer who visits multiple times a week, this experience was extremely disappointing
