  ⭐️ Very Disappointing Experience The recliners were not working, and we informed the manager, Carol, about the issue. Unfortunately, instead of trying to provide a solution or assist us, he was extremely rude and dismissive. We had already been waiting for approximately 1.5 hours, and we were told that it would take more time to reset the recliners. Given the amount of time we had already waited, we expected the manager to offer an alternative solution or at least communicate with us respectfully. The way Carol spoke to us was very rude and unprofessional. We also felt that his behavior toward us was discriminatory and came across as racist, which made the experience even more uncomfortable and upsetting. However, later Manager Alex stepped in and helped us resolve the situation. We really appreciate Alex for taking the time to assist us and handle the situation professionally. Overall, while we appreciate Alex’s help, the initial experience and the way we were treated by Carol was very disappointing. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures customers are treated with respect in the future.

  Went and saw Spider-Man, had a great time, the really tall gentleman was so sweet to me and helped me understand the size differences perfectly!

  Went to go see Katseye with my daughter. They were selling the Katseye popcorn buckets. Asked the guy that was at the food register if they had another one since the one on display was being touched by everyone. Rudely said, “no whatever we have there is what we have”. He did go and “check” afterwards in the back then again said no. We ordered an XL popcorn but the entire time he just seemed so annoyed that we were even there buying. When we came out he was talking to a coworker and we asked for our free refill for popcorn and the entire time he kept talking to his coworker while taking our bucket annoyed…AGAIN. I’ll continue to keep going to Movie Tavern if that’s the attitude employees have towards people for ordering a bucket of popcorn.
