  I always enjoy see movies here. It gives a small town vibe. I love seeing the college students working here and learning about life.

  Theater was decently clean but they are a bit stingy with the air conditioning. It's too warm in there and we're not even in the heat of the summer yet. So the movie experience is basically spending the equivalent of a paycheck on tickets, fees and snacks since you are technically required to purchase those on site. Sugary stuff being marked up by 500% I get it, but nowhere is it acceptable for a 20 oz bottle of water to cost $6.20. I don't even know how that's legal. You also need to remove the tip option from the checkout because almost everything there is DIY anyway- and it's a movie theater, not a restaurant.

  Tried to buy tickets at the counter upon arrival only to be told that the only tickets left were the front two rows, separated seats, or seats we had to pay 2x the amount for (“moving seats”). None of that is an issue itself. The issue was that while still at the theatre, I went online and bought regular seat tickets the clerk just said were unavailable. When I mentioned this to the clerk, she assumed I bought tickets to the wrong theatre and said there were multiple Cinemark 14 theaters in Denton. Either a technology error that needs to be fixed, improper ticketing training, or attempts to up sell customers…Happy Mother’s Day, though!

  Comfortable theatre. Recliner seats. Easy to buy tickets online and scan to get in. .

  food was good, movie was good, bathrooms were a little dirty but i guess that’s kinda how all movie theaters are. some of the movie theaters have a few dead pixels that can be distracting.
