  After spending about $500 here and rent to the cabana, somebody next to us ended up stealing water from us and we went to go try to talk to the team to get home. I talked to the GM and he started yelling at me and was being super aggressive, and wouldn't even allow me to speak that we were the victims, and we were requesting to move to a different cabana because the people that were next to us were being a little bit aggressive, and I expressed my concerns to him And he was like well if you're the aggressor, then it's gonna become a problem and basically just you guys got water you're fine. I don't like the fact that he said that I would be the aggressor and I told him that I'm not an aggressive person. I really just don't want anything to do with it. Basically, he was being very passive aggressive. I watched how he talked to my group of friends, which were Black and how he talked to the other people that were white and it was incredibly disappointing knowing that we spent over $500 with these people I won't be back The environment survive, but it's not worth the bullshit

  Enjoyed the Labor Day party. However, it was advertised as a Labor Day bbq but there was no bbq. There’s no shade or coverage if you choose not to pay for a section or lounger.

  My friends and I had a great time hanging out at the village beach club today , we received exceptional service from Kate , she is very efficient & attentive! 10/10

  7/18/2026 I wanted to let some time pass before I wrote my review however the disregard the employees have for their guests is genuinely concerning. It was a pretty big event they were hosting that day and instead of getting water at the bar they had a table aside with a jug of water and cups to fill your water. Around 3:30 pm me and another guest not with me wanted to get water and we were met with no cups and no water in the jug. Me and the stranger went to the bartender to ask for help and she pointed me in the direction of the kitchen staff in blue shirts and said they would be able to help. I followed her directions and the staff pointed me to the bartender, after I explained the bartender was the one who directed me to them, most of them just completely walked away from the conversation or outright ignored me. Again this was about water not an alcoholic drink! Then after, I was harassed by a drunk customer and for me standing up for myself, she decided to grab security and I was subsequently kicked out while I was NOT the aggressor and was told by security that “she’s on her way out too” and that the staff wanted me out? When I was basically refused water as a human right and necessity in this heat. Again this was 7/18/2026 around 3:30-4 pm and can be seen on tape the staff giving me the run around and then me being harassed by a guest I didn’t not know, and was not speaking to in the first place. Never again will I give them business.
