  seats could have the back not so reclined. as one who needs more support I was a little uncomfortable. Add it is LOUD! but great experience! overpriced food. $8 for a dasani bottle water! Oh my!!!!!

  This theater has been around for decades… Time for a total overhaul/rebuild, everything was just dated and worn out. It was clean and such, it just had the vibes of watching a movie in your great-grandparent’s basement.

  Hope you didn't need to wash your hands... The theater and restrooms are clean enough, but I couldn't find a drop of soap in this whole building. I tried the family and women's restrooms and all 4 soap dispensers between them were empty. When I told the employees, these men looked at me like they had never heard of soap before; they didn't know what to do. I asked them to refill the soap, but I didn't see any progress while I was there. I have so many questions.... Are there any female employees? If so, are they just not washing their hands? Is anyone cleaning the restrooms? Everything seemed fine except for the soap. Better than no toilet paper I guess, but soap is a pretty basic necessity. It's actually kind of impressive that someone let EVERY SINGLE SOAP DISPENSER stay empty. I have 3 stars because everything else about this theater was great. Just don't count on finding soap here.

  I prefer a different branded movie theater however, Cinemark Dallas XD never disappoints when I do go there. This theater is always sufficiently clean enough, for example, the floors aren't sticky and gross (yes, I notice things like that) and there isn't trash leftover from the previous viewing. The seats are nice and comfortable. The food is what you expect at the movies with prices to match but it is what it is. I will return to Cinemark Dallas XD again.

  My family and I recently purchased tickets to see a movie at Cinemark, but our experience was disappointing. When we arrived, we were told our toddler could not attend due to an age restriction. While I understand that some movies have age-related policies, there was no clear notice of this restriction during the online ticket purchase process. If this information had been clearly displayed, we would have chosen a different movie or made other arrangements.As a result, we spent time and money on tickets and travel, only to be denied entry. Although we received a refund for the snacks we purchased, they were discarded, which added to our frustration.The staff were courteous and professional, and I appreciate their help. However, I encourage Cinemark to clearly display age restrictions before purchase to help families avoid similar situations. Better communication would greatly improve the customer experience.
