  I was in the big imax theater and when it let out the nearby restrooms had a very long line already so we walked to the other side of the building to the other bathrooms and staff had it closed for cleaning, apologized, and directed a crowd to a bathroom with 1 stall (which is outside the ticket entry so you might have to find your ticket again to turn around and try to find a restroom). The employee at the ticket stand correctly stepped aside and pointed towards a restroom when I approached mad enough to make a scene. You must be joking closing the biggest bathroom then directing people to a 1 toilet room outside the ticket gate. Or trolling. Its a shame this happened, I was having a good time until I was ready to use the ladies room before leaving. If there was another 70mm theater around id take my chances going there. I sat in b13 in imax closest to concessions and the seat had sharp edges that poked me the whole time. The person who was actually working the concession stand was not excited about their job at all. They were slow, didnt care about app points, and gave a response so vague as to where the condiments for hot dogs were that I had to ask twice. When we went to find our theater, we walked in to the wrong imax. It was our first time there and the guy who scanned our tickets did not set good enough expectations on where we needed to go. At least the movie was good. Sheesh.

  We take the kids to the movies about twice every 4–5 weeks, usually 4 of us buying tickets, food and drinks. This visit we purchased 5 drinks, 3 pizzas and a hot dog. Our Fandango tickets weren't delivered to my email, and while I was sorting that out, the kids finished their ICEEs before the movie even started. We asked for refills so they could have drinks during the movie. I understand Cinemark's policy. What disappointed me was manager Jacob's unwillingness to show empathy or make a small exception given the circumstances, especially for a 7-year-old. We normally choose whichever theater is most convenient. After this experience, we'll choose AMC over Cinemark when both are available. Sometimes saving the cost of a refill costs you a repeat customer. #ICEE #Kids C-MARK

  We saw the Oydessy movie today in 70mm. It was such a great experience. The check-in process was smooth and very quick. The staff were very knowledgeable about how the film was made. We had a great intro to our movie by a staff member named Howard. My only complaint is that the seats and nearby areas were a bit dirty (cup holders and floors) which was surprising for an 8 am showing. Otherwise great experience

  We had a really great experience at Cinemark! My gf and I came to see the new Spider-Man movie in 3D, and we had an awesome time. The theater was clean, comfortable, and the picture and sound quality made the movie even better. The 3D experience was definitely worth it, especially for a movie like Spider-Man. The staff was friendly and everything went smoothly from getting our tickets to finding our seats. Our only complaint had absolutely nothing to do with Cinemark itself — there were a few other guests in the theater who were snoring pretty loudly during the movie 😂. It was a little distracting, but definitely not something we would blame the theater for. Overall, my gf and I had a great date night and really enjoyed the experience. We’ll definitely be coming back to Cinemark for more movies. 5 stars! 🍿🎬🕷️

  Cinemark at Webb Chapel gets huge props for a clean theater, a wonderful staff, and a fantastic IMAX 70mm presentation of Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey. The screen is amazing, audio was life changing. But if you’re a fellow short girl riddled with social anxiety, take this as your official survival guide: avoid Row K and any middle seats at all costs. I thought I hit the jackpot scoring center back row, but it quickly turned into a personal nightmare. At 5’1", the forced recline without any foot elevation meant my feet dangled uselessly until they fell completely numb. Add a tall guy reclining directly in my line of sight, and I was pinned. The spacing is so tight that leaving to use the restroom would have required an Olympic-level obstacle course and a public apology tour. My anxiety refused to let me make a scene, so I literally sat there feeling like a hostage, holding it for dear life while the theater got progressively hot and stuffy. Nolan’s visuals are incredible, but next time I'm booking an aisle seat in a lower row or I’m not going.
