  Will NEVER go back. 6 people experienced food poisoning after eating different items off your menu. Literally spent hundreds of dollars to fight over the toilets in our house. As I write this the dam is about to break. Im not sure how much longer I uave before the mudfall floods into the town of wrangler.

  Wurst ever, never coming back. Went last week ordered food, drinks and a blanket, 20 minutes before movie started, had to remind waiter 2 times and final got my food 40 minutes later, but was still missing a blanket and my drink, about an hour in, he wanted me to sign his tip. I told him I was still missing my drink, blanket and popcorn. I told him I changed my mind and only wanted my drink. He told me to wait a minute which was about 10, to then say it was to late and I was already charged. And received the blanket, popcorn and drink about 30 minutes before the movie ended.

  The food came out cool and the drinks arrived 8 minutes after the food was served. Customer service is simple, treat customers like you want to be treated. The staff couldn't even explain their own billing issues! Hire secret shoppers are improve your quality of business. Paying $70 for tickets and another $70 for food and gratuity should not need an explanation about what happened!

  Theater had a great atmosphere when we arrived.. But up close everything seemed to fall apart. My seat was broken and popped loudly when reclining. The floor around us was very dirty. Food was expensive which was to be expected but it wasn't any good. Sliders were not good. and the fries were cold and flavorless.. And you had to buy them separately. $15+ for tiny sliders don't come with fries? Fail

  My experience at this location has always been great, it’s such a nice ambiance and the employees are super attentive and always greet you with a smile. I recently thought I misplaced my wallet the night prior and called the theatre to see if they had found it.. Juan who is the general manager answered my call took my phone number and was quick to provide assistance. His customer service was top tier and it gave me piece of mind assuring they were looking for it and keeping me updated !
