  This place sucks you walk in to kiosk no smell of popcorn no candy in sight a couple of posters BUT hey they have a full bar this is not a movie theatre this is boring poor excuse building wanting to be a movie theatre I don’t recommend it all You’re in comparison to what McDonald’s is today

  Horrible, bad speaker in theater 1, ordered food 45m no show. Asked for a refund, they refused to refund the bar. 31aug2026 9pm. Ill dispute card charges, too bad I paid cash for bar.

  I love this movie theater! Its my favorite to go to, but their reward system is trash! I pay the cinemark membership for 20% off concessions + I build points to redeem rewards. Ive gone about 3 times already where I redeem points for "$x off of purchase" but when I scan my membership barcode they take they only take off the 20% off, even tho I scan a second barcode for the "$x off" purchase. I am "confirmed" that both are applied, but when I get the check, only the 20% off is applied and I end up loosing those points because I cant get them back once I click "redeem" and they expire. The theater alone is fantastic. But the payment service combined with the membership to redeem points, its pretty 3 stars

  This place has become just plain awful. The last 3 times I’ve gone there were people just having full on conversations throughout the entire film and management does NOTHING even after complaining. If you want to talk, stay home. They might serve you at your seat, which is supposed to be a selling point, but takes 45 minutes to get anything. Save your money and find a different theater. Never again, and I’ve probably spent thousands at that place over the years.

  I really wanted to like this theater, since it’s the only one close to me. The bathrooms at this place are disgusting. Service is terrible. I ordered a beer at last call 45 mins into the movie. Which is odd. I got the bill 35 mins later. No beer. Told the server about not getting it and then 15 mins after they tried to give me the beer. It’s too late for that now. Thankfully they took it off the bill. But I feel like this place is too busy or too short on staff to serve food and alcohol.
