This Cinemark is the most disorganized I’ve ever been to in Cypress! We went to order our food 20 minutes before the movie started and waited an and hour to get it. Not to mention the drinks came in 45 minutes after the movie started. During that 45 minutes, we had pressed the call button twice and the first response was they were on it but took a long time to have our drinks received until pressing the call button again. The staff made a bunch of excuses and to the other people sitting next to us as well, who was also waiting for their drinks. Please do not spend your money here. The room was also warm and smelled like feet

I went on 5/4/26 I got thier and scanned my tickets front people were nice but they did forget to give us are 3 d glasés for the Mario movie. We sat don’t tried to order food online didn’t work so we waiting abt a whole hour movie didn’t start yet almost 7 employees scattered everywhere and no one came to us asking us if we need to order food . Almost all the employees avoided us walked pass us and helped the rest of the people that got thier that was ridiculous so we walked out I’m not a very confrontational person but I would not be spending my money on yall anymore .

I honestly love coming to cut but the service over the years has become horrible. 1, I order food at the very beginning of the movie and it comes out almost near the end of the movie. I'm sorry but that's ridiculous. I understand yall are busy but there should be no reason why we it takes 40-50 minutes to bring out food. Why is it also taking 30 minutes to bring out a drink? 2, I ordered a chicken ranch wrap with no bacon especially since I don't eat it due to religious reasons. When the food finally comes out I take a few bites of the wrap to taste something weird and to my surprise it's bacon. I'm extremely upset because not only did i specifically ask for chicken, but because i waited all that time just to not be able to eat. What if i was extremely allergic to bacon? That wouldn't have ended well at all. Overall, service needs to be better.

Just left from watching the Michael Jackson movie. I will say, one good thing it was clean and the movie itself was good. I just wish there was more included. However, the overall experience wasn’t the best. The bar was closed at only 11 PM, so we couldn’t even order a drink. On top of that, the person who took our order told us our ice cream would come out last, but it actually came out first. We asked if they could keep it frozen until we finished our food, and they denied that request. We ended up asking for a refund. To make matters worse, the food came out cold. Based on that experience, I wouldn’t recommend ordering food there. The movie was enjoyable, but everything else could definitely be improved.

I’m sorry, but I gotta do it. I religiously go to this theater for the ultimate movie going/ dining experience. Movie Club member and all. Great food, comfy seats & a fully bar. However, it had been a little bit of time since I last been and I am extremely disappointed in my recent experience to see “Michael”. I was informed that the Brisket Nachos were removed from the menu and replaced them with chicken nachos. Seeing this pared with the prices going up which, mostly is a result of inflation but still overall these two things contributed to a mediocre experience. I will also mention that I ordered the boneless chicken wings and they were fried so hard (not by request) that there were a few pieces that were inedible and just too crunchy to consume. This all really has deterred me from choosing this theatre for my moving going experience & bringing others as well honestly.
