  I went there with my friends to watch Project Hail Mary and Obsession. The staff were friendly, and I got a Coke and a medium popcorn. I didn’t finish the popcorn, but that’s okay. The movie was amazing tho.

  Great surround sound and good snacks. Line can take a long time on weekends. And very clean. Overall a great experience

  Cinemark is always a great place to catch a movie! The theaters are clean, comfortable, and the sound and picture quality are excellent. I recently watched the Michael movie here and had a great experience. It’s consistently reliable with friendly service—definitely one of my go-to theaters! 🎬🍿

  this place was horrible. The workers were so mean, and all the other people were judging my friends too. They wouldn’t even let us go see the movie, even though we were illegible I hope for better improvement since our experience was trash please step up with the customer service and let people see movies next time. This is very bad since we spent a lot of money on it and in the end, got disappointed with a refund.

  Very disappointed with our experience at Cinemark Cypress and XD today. My family spent a significant amount on tickets, drinks, snacks, and an XL popcorn to share. We were given an inadequate cardboard drink carrier to hold popcorn for my little brother, and after adding butter it leaked everywhere — onto him, the seats, and even stained his clothes. When I politely asked staff if there was anything else available to help prevent the mess, the manager repeatedly emphasized that they “couldn’t give anything away for free,” even though I had already paid for everything and was simply trying to resolve a problem caused by the container we were given. I even asked if I could receive the refill that already came with the XL popcorn early so I could use the second container, and that request was refused as well. The interaction left me feeling unfairly judged and stereotyped, especially because I was being polite and only asking for a reasonable solution. Instead of trying to help, the manager was dismissive and told me I could leave if I didn’t like it. The theater itself was also messy before we even sat down, and there was a loud couple disrupting the movie throughout the showing. Unfortunately, the entire experience took away from what should have been an enjoyable family movie night. Based on this experience, I personally would not recommend this location to others.
