  This theater was absolutely filthy, and unfortunately, I will not be returning. This was actually my third visit to this theater because I wanted to give it several chances to improve. Sadly, it has been dirty every single time I’ve been here, and this visit was no exception. My granddaughter and I arrived early for a showing of Toy Story. While we waited outside our auditorium, I noticed a male and female employee standing nearby with brooms and dustpans. When the previous movie ended, I expected them to go in and clean the theater. Instead, I watched them walk away as though the cleaning had already been completed. When we entered the auditorium, it was obvious that it had not been cleaned. There was popcorn everywhere, empty soda cups left behind, a sticky floor, and even a baby bottle under the seat where I was supposed to sit. I waited for a few minutes, assuming the employees would return, but they didn’t. Just before our movie started, I went back outside and found the same employees standing in the foyer talking. They no longer had their cleaning supplies. I asked if they could please clean the theater because it was in such poor condition. They came back in, but only did the bare minimum, and the auditorium was still dirty. I felt so uncomfortable that I spent the movie sitting with my feet crossed up in my chair to avoid the sticky floor. I eventually spoke with the manager, who was very polite and professional. She listened to my concerns and refunded my money, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the theater was completely unacceptable. A movie theater should be cleaned thoroughly between every showing, and this experience fell far below that standard. After three visits with the same conditions, I have no confidence that cleanliness is a priority at this location. If these standards continue, I worry that it’s only a matter of time before the theater has even bigger sanitation problems (rodents). I hope management takes this seriously because customers deserve a clean, safe environment to enjoy a movie.

  24 June 2026, 6:50pm, Theater #5, Toy Story, seat J16. Loved the movie, hated the MANY BED BUG BITES I got on my arms and torso. I heard about bed bugs at this theater going back to 2014. First time, last time. Not doing that again. How do you check for bed bugs in a dark theater? WHY ARE THERE BED BUGS IN ANY MOVIE THEATER??

  I always come to this movie I’m so disappointed honestly the staff suck tonight especially the girl with the little Afro terrible customer service. I was going to let it go until me and my son were sitting in the movie and a roach started flying oh my goodnessssss

  Came here for the first time on my birthday with my husband and 3 children to watch Toy Story and boy this place and its staff quickly ruined the entire day! Theater 10 was extremely dirty and smelled horrible. I could tell everyone walking in was disappointed as well and I quickly found a staff member and they laughed at the situation and one staff member even said “well this is the worst location. We don’t clean until the end of the day.” I asked for a manager and manager was no help. My entire birthday experience was ruined. As a Cinemark movie club member this was so disappointing to see this location and staff just don’t care. I wish I could redo my birthday with my family.

  They had no chili cheese hot dogs, then I order pepperoni pizza the girl said on the rank to look I said there is only cheese pizza and she was just starring just awkward silence until this good worker name Kayla step in and said it will take 5 mins. Kayla is a great worker I can tell but her team lacks on customer service.
